First off, the store is not big enough to put al of their merchandise neatly but it’s still easy to find. Now, I see how there are reviews that state the “staff” are not pleasant. Lol they are the most nicest staff I’ve ever dealt with. The customer’s unfortunately test an employee’s patience. We tend to get impatient and forget how to just wait and remember that THOSE EMPLOYEES ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO SERVE FOR US! Random people like to say the manager makes me feel like I don’t know anything ; the employees make me feel unwelcomed. Well, no duh! I’ve witnessed some rude customer’s to the employees of big five that just make the EMPLOYEES FEEL LIKE THEY CANT SATISFY THE CUSTOMER! It’s even more annoying when the customer is about 60 Year’s old man or woman and they act like their personality don’t stink! Grow up!! I was helped by these two cashiers named Maris, if I remember her name, & this girl by the name of Shanice. Those two cashiers are wonderful! I enjoy the staff, I do, but these two young ladies are awesome! I’ve lost my way into being able to download my coupon through my phone, and Shanice was so patient with me in finding my way through looking for it again. She is completely awesome! Thank you big five for being such a great sporting goods store!

Better of the two in town. Honestly, I try to stay away from Big 5 unless I absolutely have to or when the discounts compell me to. Products are usually generic, inferior, outdated, and overpriced. The one saving grace of this branch is their customer service. The manager is also pleasant and helpful. They are slow, but eventually get the job done. Snag one right away or risk waiting for hours.

I dont really like the staff. If youre buying ammo or a fishing license, be sure to check that they havent made any errors. Ive been burned several times because they either didnt listen to me well, or because the manager treated me like I dont know squat about ammo.

They had what I need but a lot of homeless people in front of the building that are kind of weird hanging around but the people inside Big 5 were great and they assisted me in every way that I needed especially for stuff that I was looking
