I usually dont take the time to write reviews, but the fact that this company put my safety at risk is where lines are crossed. I took my Suzuki GSXR 600 (sportbike) to have a safety recall performed on the front brake master cylinder. After two weeks, I was contacted by the company informing me that the recall had been completed and picked up my motorcycle. I inspected the bike at home, and it was obvious the master cylinder (and the other parts that are replaced with the recall, brake fluid overflow reservoir, new upper brake line) hadnt been replaced. Nothing had been touched. I confirmed my findings on an online forum with owners of the same year/make/model motorcycle. I then called the company to ask what the deal was and if it was a mistake and they told me I was wrong and that the only thing that was replaced with the master cylinder recall is the master cylinder. This was also false as there are a few things that suzuki replaces in the master cylinder recall (overflow reservoir, upper brake line). Once I brought the bike in, they confirmed my finding and offered to do it on the spot. No way I was letting these people anywhere near the bike again. If you have gotten your master cylinder recall performed at this location, I advise you two double check to make sure the work was actually completed. Id hate to hear of someone getting hurt, or worse, because this company was lazy and didnt complete a recall that they were getting paid to do. Bitter taste in my mouth after this experience. Safety is nothing to mess around with! Be careful with this company people! EDIT: Owner contacted me directly, expressed his apologies and was a nice guy. He explained how this problem was because of a mis-file and Also explained that they made some changes to make sure this problem wouldnt arise again. Now, their technicians are required to sign off on each repair they do. I was happy to see they made changes to make sure something like this never happened again. He also assured me safety was their top priority. May give this company a second shot in the future as Im hoping this was a one time incident.

I drove 2 hours to look at a 2005 zzr1200 that these guys had. I had ask the salesman very specifically about the tires and condition of the bike. He assured me that the tires were great as well as all other mechanical issues as it had just come out of their service department. The tires he said were dunlops. When ask about the cosmetic condition he said this thing looks like it just came out of a time capsule. So I hook up the trailer and drive over. Looking at the bike i can see there are some small cosmetic issues that were minor but obvious. So I ride it and it feels like the carbs might need cleaning as is common with a 9 year old bike with 5k on the odometer. The throttle sticks because of the cheapest throttle lock i have ever seen is installed with zip ties. They let me take out a bike with an engine like this with a sticking throttle? So I let go of the bars on deceleration and they go into wobble right away. I try at a lower speed in neutral and it pulls to the left. I take the bike back and look closely at the tires. the front one is original and worn unevenly ( probably what caused the wobble and pull. The rear tire they just replaced with a $79 tire (cheapest one you can buy). So it needs a set of tires, I ask for a reduction in price and they say no, but there is a $100 doc fee for them signing the title over (I brought cash, easy transaction). Long story short I did not buy the bike. The salesman deliberately lied about the tire condition and even said (after I had driven over and pushed him for an explanation) that he could not see the make of the rear tire in the showroom and the front tire was likely worn from the owner always taking the same tracks. He also did not disclose the minor cosmetic damage which was obvious to anyone looking. Lastly, if this bike was run through their service department either they are blind to a sticking throttle and a bad front tire or they were told dont put any money or time into it. I think these guys would be better off cutting their profit a small amount and retaining their integrity.

Went to Good Guys Motorsports near Herrin IL to look an FJ-09 and a FZ-10. First time there, the brother in law and myself walked out the door after waiting almost an hour for some assistance.... and I took my $9000 cash with me, and the brother in law left without an FZ-10. The next time I went to Good Guys, I waited 45 minutes to talk with someone while other employees were just chatting. I was still looking at a 2016 FJ-09. I eventually got an OTD price by the only dealer working the busy floor, but someone else(via email) wouldnt include first service or helmet to seal the deal.... Which they could have, and still made plenty of money. I was just about to go back to them and buy their FJ-09 until I found Westfield Powersports online, and seen they had the same bike I wanted, for almost $1000 less!!!!! I immediately contacted them about the bike and corresponded with Josh Smith throughout the week on pricing and other details. The following Saturday I drove 3 hours to Westfield IN to meet with Josh and check the bike out. Everything went as perfect as possible and I purchased the FJ-09 they had on the floor! In fact everything went so well, were taking the 3 hour drive back to Wesfield Powersports this weekend to purchase a new Kawasaki Vulcan S 650, for the wife! Josh worked very hard to have the ergo fit parts come in so we could take it home this coming weekend, so we wouldnt have to make two trips, one to purchase it before the rebate ran out, and one to pick it up after the parts came in! Thats what customer service is about!!! I dont know anything about the other sales people, or the parts people. But everything Josh has done was enough to make us even stop looking at other dealerships!!! I would also add that the lady that did the paperwork for us(coming from IL) that took care of tax/title/license has to be an angel! She downplayed all the work she had to do, when I knew it had to be aggravating for the multi state paperwork. Whatever that lady makes.... she needs a raise for being so darn nice!!!!!

I have had a relationship with Westfield Powersports for several years now since Noblesville Honda closed. I have purchased two bikes from them, and had another serviced. Personally, I have found their sales staff to be very friendly, low-pressure, and willing to offer their opinion on vehicles and accessories that they sell. If you are buying a new (to you) vehicle, do some research prior to visiting. This is a good practice simply because you should know what features of what brands/models interest you before you go shopping anywhere. Trying to decide whats really important to you the day you purchase my leave you less satisfied. At WPS, you typically wont have someone following you around asking if you need anything, but if you do need something, they are happy to help. Their sales prices have been very reasonable (likely the best prices in a 250+ mile radius!). Note: This is a lower-price, high volume dealer, and >most< of the time, if the inventory is shown on-line, they may have that vehicle in stock. However, as with many dealers (cars, too) if you want a particular vehicle, call immediately before your visit. And understand that if you call on a Thursday, and then show up on a Saturday afternoon, theres a chance that unit might have been sold! Due to their location near Grand Park in Westfield (a massive travel league youth sports venue), they get a LOT of traffic by parents on the weekends who are window shopping in between games. I visited their much smaller store in Bloomington, IN on a ride and found some great deals on riding gloves - but the same great sales people. The service department has performed regular maintenance and accessory installs on my bikes. If there was something I didnt like, I told them and they fixed it at no extra cost. My experience has been very positive. They are a little harder to access since the US31 construction, but dont overlook this dealer!
