I purchased a 2015 Honda HS928 TA snow thrower online. Harbor SC set it up and freight shipped to my residence in PA. Upon receiving, I discovered the hydrostatic fluid was very low, by about 5-6 oz. I purchased some fluid from a local Honda dealer, and topped it off with the machine warm. On first use, I discovered 2 issues. First, the dealer had not properly adjusted the auger clearance, which resulted in damage to the tips of the auger (I live in a new home with a paved driveway, and straight from the dealer there was no clearance between the auger/scraper and the ground). Second, after driving for about 5 feet in the driveway, the hydrostatic drive stopped working. I called HSC and the only suggestion they offered was that the drive may have been disengaged or it was low on H/S fluid, neither of which were the issue. Looking at it next day, I discovered it had thrown the drive belt (not sure why). I put the drive belt back on, and will be taking it into the local dealer for a warranty inspection/ belt replacement. As for the damaged auger, Honda and HSC wont honor this as a warranty claim. After a long discussion with Gary, he acknowledged that HSC missed these basic inspections in the setup, but was unwilling to offer a reasonable refund to compensate for my frustration, time, and expense for making the repairs and hauling it to my local dealer. Im also left with a damaged auger on this brand new $2,400 blower. He was extremely arrogant on the phone, and hung up on me after I requested $200 for my frustration. Mike from service was extremely helpful over the course of the last week, but Gary was downright disrespectful. I would recommend avoiding this dealer.

Jill Prentis was the employee that helped us today. Jill is a great pleasure to work with. My wife needed a new helmet and I bought her a new HJC when I was in town on Saturday...but when I got home I found it didnt fit her properly. I called the store and asked Jill to pull the smaller size for me (as there were not many of that size and style in stock) and that we would be back up to the store before closing time on Saturday to get it as we were planning a ride on Sunday. We came back to the store and exchanged the helmet with no problem. Needless to say...the new helmet worked great...my wife broke it in with a 150 mile ride today...rain and all. Always a pleasure doing business at your store. Thank you.

I recently went into a Honda shop in Elkhart, IN and they wouldnt give me a price on a new youth 4 wheeler. I called and they wouldnt give me a price so I went in and from two different salesmen, they wouldnt give me a price and Im in their store!! I was fed up and called Gary. He gave me a price over the phone and we went up Saturday to test out different models of 4 wheelers, which he had no problem pulling out for a test ride. We settled on Polaris and bought a youth model and wife model (power steering). It was simple, if he knew the answer he would tell us. If not, he would say I dont know, no BS. Just what you would expect, good solid customer service without overselling or filling the air with BS.

My starter failed on a road trip, couldnt find the parts along the way, so i called a few days ahead, to have the starter rebuilt after push starting it for about 1000 miles. After waiting in that town for three extra days, they hadnt actually scheduled the work, just ordered the parts, then they told me it would be another week to get to the mechanic. Not to mention some annoying attitude at the service desk. I brought it home (another 1500 miles of push starts) to do the work myself and found that they had ordered double on one of the parts. Nice showroom though.

Even though this was my first time at the dealership they treated me as if they had known me for years. Never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or were out to make as much money off me as possible. Had 2 snowmobiles serviced and bought a new one. It felt like I was buying from my best friend. No hassle, fair prices, friendly and welcoming. Ive found my new Polaris dealership, Ill be back for any sledding needs I have.

And mondays and then I said thanks and he said whatever and hung up ...other then that Guy the people there are great show room is nice and they can help you with anything any bike I have a 1979 Yamaha. Endero and they are the only people around to find my parts
