Never purchased a bike here but I get my service and parts most of the time from Smith Bros. You wont find a better mechanic than Matt. Their service times and prices are excellent. I was shocked that they were within a couple of bucks of any online retailer I could find for some Pirelli Angel GTs. I had them ordered and they were in and on the bike in 3 days. Before you order parts online give their parts dept. a call, I bet youll be surprised.

Called the service department to help me diagnose something on my jet ski. They asked me if I purchased the unit from them and I told them I did not, They sad they couldnt even look at it because i didnt buy it from them. That isnt the way you take care of a future customer.

I was on a trip from Raleigh to Birmingham when I broke a needle clip on my 1994 GSXR. Johnny in the service dept. was Johnny on the spot! Got me a clip and didnt even charge me for it. Great guys here.
