Triumph is an awesome bike but these thugs have made it a nightmare to buy it here in Indianapolis. I wish Triumph company realizes that there are people in Indianapolis who want to buy Triumph but because of Falcone they dont. When it comes to repair or servicing they dont value long term relationship with clients. They would lie and charge for stuff I am thinking they never do. If you take your bike in, forget it, they wont return it for months even for simple things. They never maintain any relation with you. If you ask for simple things they make it very hard. Basically they dont know or value business. I was going to buy a Commander but then I thought every time I need something I will have to go to them. No thanks!! Dear Jason Blosser, thanks for your input, I have been dealing with them for years now. So what I write is not just one time experience. They do not value clients, its as simple as that. They are nice when you go to buy a bike. But maintenance, repair, service and long term relationship is not their thing. They do lie, put you on hold forever, take too long for minor repairs. But I guess you either work there or just think thats OK. I am getting either a Suzuki or HD, love Triumph but wont but it since its only one in Indy. No we dont want to drive so far to Cincinnati each time we need minor things repaired. Update : Read all the other reviews most of them are bad. They are just not professional, they act like they are doing you a favor, they just dont understand that your existing customers are the most valuable asset you can have, they will buy new bikes, they will buy parts, service and bring in other people. Also they never have any time for any servicing.

Very poor service, I live in Fort Wayne IN and I took my triumph daytona in for a normal maintenance oil plugs etc.and when they started told me I needed new chain and sprockets,.I was alittle skeptical because it looked fine to me.the only issue i had was the engine light was on because my cable on the exhaust valve was broke I also had them replace that as well, but to make sure I had no issues down the road I agreed to all they wanted to do.so I picked it up rode it back to my house two hours away ran it a few times then the engine light came back on,called them had to drive it back down there two hours agian, they looked at it then said my intake on my bike was cracked and my sensors were bad as well ,I was pissed but had them replace all of it ,went back down and picked it back up brought it back then the engine light came back on,so I took it back they said a wire came loose and its fine I brought it back home rode it once now the battery wont stay charged ,so I bought a new one even thought batteries plus said my old one was fine, charged the new one road it down the road about a half mile stopped to wash it tried to start it and guess what it was dead,so I called them agian told them whats going on and just now for the first time did the offer to come pick it up,so who knows what Ill have to pay to get it going so far about $2300 dollars and Im still out of a bike,I dont know what their deal is but I would strongly suggest take it somewhere else then here just not worth the incompetent service department here, the only reason I keep going back is because all the work they have done is warrantied

I just bought a slightly used 2016 Triumph Speed Triple from Falcone Powersports. I saw the bike on Cycle Traders website and contacted Falcone. My sales person was Tom Lowdermilk and he sold me on the bike. I bought it sight unseen since I live in Dallas, Texas so I was concerned about the condition of the bike. Tom was tenacious and would not take no for an answer. He assured me that the bike was perfect except for a couple of small dings in the after market exhaust pipe. Tom was successful in convincing me that the bike was "as new" and based on his input I decided to roll the dice and buy the bike. Tom guided me through the process of buying the bike remotely and he even helped load the bike when it shipped to my house. The bike arrived at my house in about a week and was "as promised" by Tom. What a great motorcycle! Tom is the real deal and an excellent salesman. His passion for, and knowledge of, motorcycles came through loud and clear in every text message or phone call. Given that I live in Dallas and will keep my Triumph for several years the chances of me buying from another motorcycle from Falcone is fairly small. Tom knew this but still treated me like a life long customer. Thanks Tom! Falcone handled all the paper work and the process was seamless. I am really impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I can only say that if you are looking for a new or used motorcycle, and live in the general vicinity of Indianapolis, Falcone should be the first motorcycle dealer you contact.

This place is deceptive, dishonest and unethical. They told us over the phone that our Harley would likely be worth $7,500 trade-in. We get there hoping they will go up with that offer once they see what excellent shape the Harley is in and the extras we put on it. Instead, they reduced their offer to $7,000. Kelly Blue Book trade in value is $8,450 and NADA average retail is $8,945 (without the $2,600 upgrades). They told us on the phone that the rock bottom price on the used BMW we wanted was $11,200. On our second trip to their store we are ready to buy the $11,200 bike with our $7,000 trade in value. Then they change the story and tell us if we are doing a trade in, the cost of the $11,200 bike goes up to $12,799. That means the real trade in value they are giving us for our Harley is only $5,400! Why couldn’t they just be honest and tell us that from the start before we wasted half a day there today? And for further insult the sales guy tries to convince us that our Harley is a “low retail value” bike because it isn’t perfect. There is not a bit of rust on our bike. It is in great shape. We are not stupid enough to be convinced otherwise. We’ll never go back there again. We agree with the other reviewers that Indianapolis needs a more ethical BMW shop.

Love this place!!! Best experience Ive had buying a motorcycle. Steve, Gene, and the entire staff went beyond my expectations and made purchasing my 2016 Triumph Street Twin an enjoyable experience. Most of my purchase had to be done via phone calls and emails due to my busy workload and I live 2 hours from their shop. Steve was awesome, helping me get through what seemed almost impossible glitches. He made my purchase and trade in a breeze. Best salesman I have dealt with yet. Gene walked me through the paperwork and explained everything in detail to me. Straight up and honest. Enjoyed talking with him. Not like the usual numbercruncher guy that is just looking for signatures and moving on to the next guy. He took his time and made sure all the figures were correct and that I was satisfied. Really nice to be treated as a person and a friend. If you are looking to buy a motorycle or just check out the new bikes, stop at Falcone. They dont pressure you. Everyone is very friendly and want you to be comfortable and relaxed. Nicest place to shop for a motorcycle. I dont plan on ever getting rid of my Triumph, but if I change my mind, no doubt Ill be coming back to this place. Worth the drive. GLAD I MADE THE CHOICE TO COME HERE.
