I would rate your entire staff as far MORE than excellent! Over the years I have spent a large sum of cash on my Harleys. I could obviously do business at any H-D dealership...but I feel a LOYALTY to Kokomo H-D. The reasoning is simple: I am treated like FAMILY there. Everyone treats me with FRIENDLINESS and RESPECT. That means much to me. Since I am continually working on bikes in my home shop.... I deal with the Parts and Service guys most.... especially Andy and Travis. They always provide me with great service and fair pricing. They always THANK ME for my business.... which is extremely important to me. I always enjoy talking with Ryan and the Gals up front too. I have visited MANY H-D dealerships. In my opinion none of them can hold a candle to Kokomo H-D. THANK YOU to all that have treated me so well over the years! J. Mac

“Every visit I have made to Kokomo H-D has been a very good experience! All employers have treated me very courteously, been very helpful in answering my questions. The dealership has a very good exterior appearance. I love being able to sit outside in the shade in the afternoon, just visiting with other riders whom I have never meet before. Inside, you have done a WONDERFUL job of displaying H-D product, a great selection of bikes, lighting is perfect, clean & fresh, and a cup of coffee available! Good store hours. OH!! One other very important thing!! The H-D bike for kids to ride, was & is a huge HIT with my grandchildren!!!! Keep that ride running!! :-) Thanks very much!! ”

I am not sure of his name, but he was the service manager. I felt he was not pushing me to do anything that was not necessary. I trusted his judgment and was satisfied with the result. He also gave me a ride to my place of work after I dropped my bike off. I have also appreciated the friendly atmosphere whenever I walked into the building. Everyone I have talked to at the shop always seemed to enjoy their job and were concerned with making sure I was satisfied. I have never felt that anyone was just trying to sell me something they seemed to want to provide me with what I wanted and needed.

Ordered some bags for my husbands motorcycle and when I come to pick up I asked if I could use my husbands HOG membership card they said oh know it had to be used when you ordered them. well I ordered off the phone and there was no mention of anything like that. I even said I would bring the number or card with me when I picked up. I really would of thought that you could of either credited my credit card or AT LEAST SAID MAYBE I COULD GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT TO USE NEXT TIME. BUT INSTEAD IT WAS SAID WELL ITS POSTED ON ALL THE REGISTERS. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL.. Margie Jarman

“Missy is very helpful to suggest styles she knows I like, even calls me to let me know when the new clothing lines arrive. If they dont have my size she will contact other stores to locate it if necessary. She is always very pleasant and no sales pressure. Taylor is also one of my favorite people at Kokomo Harley. They both make me feel special from the minute I walk in. Honestly, Ive never experienced anything but great customer service from any of the employees that work there. Kokomo Harley is my favorite Harley store! :)

Just left here because the salesman was "talking down" to us. We told him a much lower price range than we can comfortably afford. Went to look at used bikes and found 2 we wanted to test ride. He would not let us test ride without running a credit check first. We are going to take a ding to our credit just to test ride. He just lost 2 sales and they probably would have a new Road King and new Fatboy instead if the used ones we wanted to just test ride.
