At first I was not happy that my wife was dragging me to a dog training class at our local PETCO. After the first class I was feeling pretty happy that she did. The first day the trainer Jodie had our wild puppy making significant progress. I was literally shocked. I have to hand it to PETCOS dog training class for making a real difference in our dogs behavior and development in the 6 week course. Jodie has our puppy now coming on command. He no longer jumps up on us when excited. She taught us how to keep our destructive little pup from getting in the trash when we where not home as well as successfully potty trained in this small amount of time working with Jodie. Im not one to write reviews but Im extremely happy and beyond pleased with our puppies progress. Its like we have a whole new dog that we look forward to everyday. Thank you Jodie, and thank you PETCO for making a difference! Our life is easier and much more enjoyable after this 6 week course. Who knew!!!!!!

Just sat in the fish area wanting some fish and had 4 employees walked by going to onto their employee room and not say anything to me. Proceed to wait another 10 minutes for any help while I looked at all the dead fish floating around and sitting on the floor of the tanks. Then finally I went up to the counter to ask for help. I wanted another minute for someone to walk by and tell me someone will be with me in a moment. Not to mention all the dead fish in the tanks. Very unprofessional. I would rather take my chances at Walmart then here with fish again. At least they get someone to help you right away.

Well, their supplies are pretty nice and in that respect they have almost everything you would want (not a play gym). However they do not take care of their birds as they should and this is very evident. The finches and canaries have extremely overgrown nails, the cockatiels have been skittish for as long as Ive been going there and the poor conures are always very undersocialized. =( The budgies are ok, but it always saddens me that they lack a proper amount of toys. To sum it up I guess I would say find better birds elsewhere but do go there for supplies.

For ages my great uncle had been taking his dog into the vet for munerous issues. Fur thinning, itching, earmites (didmt find any) among many other things. I took her to the groomer for the first time at Petco on a friends recommendation. The groomer took one look at Tink and said "She has a glutten allergy. Switch her to gluten free." We followed her advice and all the issues that were sending her to the vet stopped with in a week! After hundreds in vet bills with no answer alll it took was a food change. Thank you Petco!!!

The dog training is horrible. Store is over priced. But its the training that keeps me away. The trainer was always late and it was not professional or organized. A huge waste of my money that I had to save up for to take the class. Ive never filed a formal complaint but I did this time and NEVER heard back from the store. Im done with Petco.

I love this store. I buy all my pet supplies here. I buy dog food down to the toys. I love how I can bring my pet with me. I really like how there are enough people on the floor to help at a moments notice if I have a quick question on something or needing to be directed. Thanks!

Just happened to walk-in at the grooming department for a nail trim. The girls took my dog in right away and were extremely friendly and especially kind to my dog. She even walked our dog out while I was in the store to return him to me. Will definitely be back regularly.

Love this place, very friendly atmosphere. Clayton is very friendly with everyone and every animal that walks in the door, and excellent dog trainer (crew member as well). My dogs love him & love looking forward to training with him on fridays.

Took my dog here once for a haircut, he had a nervous breakdown. Never brought him back. Shopping for dog food and seeing how they treat them, i understand why. i prefer to go to club pet for that now. if i could do 0 stars i would.

My dog has been behaving better than ever after she was enrolled in Petcos dog training class... the teacher Jodi Holmes is extremely knowledgable and very successful with all the dogs in the classes ive attended.... great class!

I hated going there they are very rude when it comes to groomig. My dog nearly had a nervous breakdown. Never going back for anything. I recommend Firehouse pet shop downtown Wenatchee. I would give 0 stars.

Jodi has done wonders for my adult Beagle. I adopted her at age 8 years old. She had developed many bad habits, Jodi gave me assistance with many of them. My dog has improved by leaps and bounds.

Well stocked good prices the pet selection is great my kids love seeing the birds, fish, critters, and reptiles. They also have adoptable cats. The employees seemed busy and didnt notice us.

A great stop to take while walking your dog on the east side...the staff here is always helpful and friendly...
