Vey happy with the grooming services. Lulu loves Mackenzie and gets lots of love from her. Mackenzie listens to my instructions and grooms Lulu the way I want her done. Many people I know didnt like having their dogs professionally groomed because other groomers would keep their dog all day and crate them for hours, until they allowed them to be picked up. I get a call from PetSmart when Lulu is about to be ready so I can pick her up as soon as she is finished. And they charge about $20 less than another groomer in town for a full groom.

Went in there looking for a certain food for my older dog, an employee told me this food is better for her and her allergies so we bought it. Shes at the vet now for a yeast infection and bladder infection. Thanks pet smart for putting my dog through pain and 1000 dollar vet bill. If yoy dont know what yoy talking about dont say it.

Great store! We bought an underground fence that we never used, had lost our receipt so we brought in our bank statement from that day. The store manager refunded our money. They were only able to credit us the sales price of the fence but still, am very happy they took our bank statement in place of our lost receipt!
