As a book store, the service is typically good. Pricing is often outrageous, but that is almost entirely due to publishers base costs, not the college or location. To save money I try to find used books online. They do sometimes have used books in stock, when the internet fails. Any basic school supplies can be found here as well, such as paper, writing implements, study guides, scientific or graphic calculators, etc. There are snack and drink machines, including coffee, right outside the entrance. As advice, if you plan on getting your text books here, try to get them ASAP. For smaller courses (such as ITD130, Database Systems) they may sell out. You dont want to wait on books to be delivered - it took about two weeks when I had that problem.

Theyre pretty nice here and the place is spiffy. Also better deals on art supplies than anywhere else in town (heap better than Michaels, Plaza, Main Art or Art Market) . They said they were working on film supplies too. They also said theyd be doing textbook buyback online soon, sounds neat. Also bought some books online using financial aid, no problems there either.

If you can buy books elsewhere I definitely would. Prices online do not match in the store. They run out of books very quick. People who work there are very rude and unhelpful.
