Excellent local book store. Ive passed it many times but was able to finally stop in and wasnt disappointed. There are books for every taste, a beautiful selection of collectors and leather bound books, and many hard to find titles. I personally love that there are very few "NY Times best sellers" etc, since so many stores carry mainly popular books. This store has a cozy atmosphere and its easy to get lost in book browsing .

Off the beaten path, full of charm and enchantment. Antiques mixed in with used books and surprising vintage postcards & pictures. Quirky, wonderful selection of titles. A cat or two roam freely. Rocco, the owner, might invite you to stay for tea! Pleasant, cozy venue for music shows. A rare gem for Rochester.
