I advise stay FAR away from car hop and especially from this location. I am traumatized from this experience of leasing a car with them. Ive been a customer for a year now paying $400 a mth and have paid over $6000 for me to not even be in the car driving for over 2 maths now due to a blew engine that yes they help paid it .but they had the audacity to make me show them proof of payyment of my portion before even getting the car . Some how my car magically is at their location instead of my auto shop. So I didnt even get proper service to see if my car even worked before paying for work done on it. Glory behold once they did give me my keys after having to make a payment to them as well ... I start my car and it doesnt even start. So Im thinking it needed to warm up .nope I took it to get gas and it wouldnt start after stopping at the gas station. I had to steadily rev the gas peddle to get it started on top of that . my GPS system was out so I had to bring the car back to the lot for them to update the GPS system and the guy I believe was the manager Mitch which I believe is very rude and disrespectful even he got in the car to start it and get it around back couldnt even get it started. it made loud cranking noises even for him RED FLAGG !! I still drive home due to being with out a car Im paying biweekly on for 2 full months. So that was Thursday by Mondays the car cut off again. The whole weekend the car smelled like gas made noises. So they subjected me to drive this junk that has no life left without even getting to see it properly turn on at the auto shop. So I paid for services that was not finished yet and still have no car now its mid April going on 3 months with out a car and this has boiled over in to my business life and personal life. I had 3 jobs before starting business with them and have lost 2 due to unreliable transportation. Im beyond baffelled how I have paid over $6000 for this Malibu hatchback that still has $8200 left on it and I havent even been in it. There inconsiderate and I believe they are trying to milk every last dime. O forgot to mention It broke down on my way home from work after a 10 hr shift and a full tank on the way to getting groecerys it cut off miles away from bus stop took 4 hrs to get home then had to tow it back to the auto shop the next day so I paid for services that were not done correctly due to them making me show proof of payment from the shop to even get the keys to my car to see if it worked correctly. The manager him self couldnt get the junk car to start him self yet he still let me proceed to. drive home. I feel he knowlly new this car was crap and witness the junk not even starting him self but they not are not interested in your saftey nor your capabilty to be mobile they want $$$ Im absolutely traumatized by this company Im still car less u would think with all the cars on the lot and how much money I have paid them they would put me in another car NOPE . This Mitch guy say OK tow it back to the shop well pay for it! What help is that now they expect me to still pay my car note on this car Friday that I still cannot drive going on 3 mths.? That would be $1200 on a car that is not even able to drive. I told him I simply want a different car you expect me to pay I expect to drive. I have waited beyond proper waiting and have dobe proper protocals in proper time for me to not be properly driving . Mitch had the nerve to hang up in my face after telling me to go tell the finance. dept then. After hours with finance dept I have came to conclude that I have to put the car in the shop again and then wait for estimates before they can help smh or if I turn the car in it will be a voluntary repo. Please be aware of thid CCAR HOP CORPORATION AND THIS SPECIFIC LOCATIOBIN AUBURN MY LIFE HAS BEEN nothing but depressing since I had to deal with car. This was my first experience And most likely last Im too the point Ill let this hit my credit or take legal matters because I know this is not right

I wouldnt give them a star if I could!! Came in Sautrday to get a car they got me into a lemon that started slipping and missing before I even got home to Kent!!! They are closed Sunday took the car back monday morning before the dealership was ever open for the 7 day money back guarantee the manager was rude when he realized I didnt want another car i didnt want their business, another salesman came out and told me the payment has been processed (curious on that one when I gave them my money order after the bank closed saturday and was back at the dealership before they opened Monday) and he would get it in three days I saw someone else have an issue similar on a carhop review in another state I think and they told him the same and he received his money..... well three days later I call because I not only recieved a call from their department wanting to go over the payments and ask how I liked my car?? That made me nervous enough to call but the money wasnt there either after getting the run around from a couple different departments I got the salesman I talked to and he is now saying I miss heard him and its 30 days!!! NEVER BUY HERE THERE ARE OTHER DEALERSHIPS THAT WILL WORK WITH YOU!!! They make you think there isnt but car hop was willing to put me in a 2003 nissan altima with over 100000 miles on it for 11000!! Made me feel like this was my only option to build my credit smh so I did it but then when I drive it home and it is slipping and missing I said absolutely not!! Went to another dealership and they got me into a 2014 chevy for a couple grand more I got carfax and treated like a normal person there so the gimick they play with you needing them you dont find a dealer that will deal with you they are out there!!! UPDATE: Corporate saw this called me told me they were appalled, I would have my money by the end of the day yesterday and that didnt happen! Thanked me for not pursuing a legal path, well at this time I am now calling lawyers!! Auburn Car Hop was supposed to give me paperwork the day I returned the car to nullify the lease and they didnt IF YOU GUYS THINK YOU ARE GOING TO DUCK ME UNTIL I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CAR YOU ARE SOOOOO MISTAKEN!!!!!! HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY EVERYONE!!!

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever experienced Charles is so unprofessional and disrespectful I purchased a car from CarHop and have been paying on it for over 3 years when I purchase the car it had so many issues I was in and out of the shop the things that were wrong CarHop offered to take care of but they sent me to their own mechanics and all of the work that I need it done never got done. The car immediately needed brakes the shop they sent me to never put the parts I gave them on the car then they sent me to an additional shop and I still ended up having to get the brakes done again with my own mechanic because he said they never put the parts I provided on the car Ive had to put so much money into this vehicle and it still is not reliable for us but yet I still paid on my vehicle now that I;ve paid for so long I came in and tried to get into a newer vehicle with CarHop because they called me and told me to come in once I came down to the Auburn lot Charles tried to put me in a car that was even older than the car I am currently paying on and I told him it would not work for me he stood up and walked away from me I then asked if I could speak with the manager because I could see him sitting in front of me in his office and Charles claimed he was not there and off for the day I feel like CarHop sells bad cars and me the customer who is still Faithfully paying her car note is now in a jam because Im stuck with a bad car and they wont even offer to get me into something better even though Ive been a loyal customer please if you already struggling this is not the company to go to they target people who have bad credit people who may be single and struggling and then when they get you in a vehicle it makes life even more difficult than it was before you got the vehicle think first please before coming to this car lot Charles is a horrible unprofessional disrespectful salesmen
