The CarHop in Vallejo is NOT the problem. The service was great, the cars were extremely used but I expected that with CarHop. However the problem is UAC, the creditor they use to finance people with bad credit and who are supposedly advocates of helping people rebuild their credit. When i purchased my car I took the option to set up auto pay so I would never miss a payment and to take advantage of the "platinum program" of having the warranty on my car extended for the life of my contract with CarHop. However, I have had my car for about a month, and EACH TIME they were supposed to take the payment they did not take they payment, which resulted in me having to pay my note over the phone, which costs a fee and I had to make the payment a day or so late because they did not take the payment when they were supposed to. It is almost like they are trying to jip me out of my warranty by not doing their job and making it look like it is my fault, like have defaulted when it is THEM who are not taking the money out on time. When I spoke to them about the matter, each time they told me to "pay as soon as possible and then reset the withdrawal date." I have to done that twice, so wouldnt it be insane of me to keep doing that. I feel like they want me to cancel the auto pay, thus cancelling my warranty. Its just shady, I knew that it was just too good to be true.

Ive had a horrible experience with carhop in Vallejo. After sending me back home numerous amount of times without a car made me feel very disappointed. The staff overall was nice but just about a week ago I had decided to go back and finish the process of getting a car and I was missing 1 paycheck stub they let me test drive a car they were trying to sell to me all the way back to Fairfield and the car was absolutely beat up as soon as I had gotten on the freeway the light for the airbags had lit up and there was no gas in the car so I made it to Fairfield and stopped to get gas and realized the gas tank was on the other side of the car and the moment I tried to turn it back on the car would not start or even make a clicking noise. Im so upset because I feel that Ive wasted time trying to get a car from them and they tryed to sell me just anything to get me on my way .Never again will I bring my business to them.

Car hop vallejo sold my gf a 14 yr old car with all sorts of problems or maintaining that was soon needed, a 2000$ or less car def less.. for 8000$ something...didnt honor the warranty and instead argued there way out of not paying the mechanic I brought it too.. dont do business with this company.. SHADY!! They told her it would run for 3 years and the timing belt or chain inside the engine broke which is part of their warranty.. have also had to replace spark plugs tran fluid .. and fuel filter and coolant are do plus many other things wrong with this car including the it looks like the ghetto crapped on top of it and my friends and random ppl say it looks like a bullet hole in my car.. which makes me ask why do you sell a car that needs almost 3 to 4 grand in work and maintenance and say it will run for 3 years and doesnt and dont cover the warranty?

Really need a car......noticed all the HORRIBLE reviews on YELP.....saw that there were so many GOOD reviews on Google.........FUNNY, when I checked out the profile of each of these people I noticed that they only had reviewed one place......Car Hop.....and when I did find one that reviewed more places.....guess what....she reviewed Car Dealerships all over California, including the Mercedes Dealership in LA......funny bad credit at Car Hop, but got a car at the Mercedes dealership. OBVIOUSLY these are ALL FAKE REVIEWS.........cant have that many bad reviews on YELP and ALL GOOD reviews on GOOGLE........SLEAZY car dealership!!!

I came to Car Hop with little faith in financing. Guess what! They are amazing. I want to especially thank my sales representative VERONICA. She was helpful, caring, understanding and funny. Her customer service skills go above and beyond her job title. She got us through the application process with ease and comfort. VERONICA explained the program well with little to almost no questions at all. Easy peezy. Thank you to Veronica and Car Hop for getting me and my fiance in our very own car. AWESOME and amazing dealership. We will definitely purchase another vehicle here in the near future.

This is my 2nd experience dealing with CarHop and I am very happy and grateful. The process went smooth, even though I was pressed for time. Veronica and the staff were great there. I was sad to hear Lemuel had been transferred as he was the one that got me into the first vehicle but glad to hear he was promoted.I was able to get an upgrade from the last car I bought from there and so far no complaints. The best part, No huge massive amount I had to pay, the price increase is hardly noticeable (you can buy a beer with it). Overall, another great experience and another satisfied customer.

Megan the sales representative was able to communicate with the banks in order to get a loan that worked with my budget, down payment, and credit report.
