Ive been going to Metro Pawn for years. They are first rate when it comes to your needs. Ive been to other places in town and you dont get the friendly service are the feeling that they want your business. Metro pawn is clean and the staff is always friendly and try to give you the best deal they can. They clean your jewelry for free, you dont even have to buy anything and their glad to do it. They have a great selection of games for play station 3,4 and also xbox games. The movie selection is always up to date and if you want Blu-ray I havent seen a bigger selection any where else well maybe Wal-Mart, but were talking pawn shops here. The jewelry selection is quite sufficient for anyone looking for a nice ring or watch. Need tools, they dont have a very large selection but the selection they have is very good for any handyman looking for second hand equipment. So, go buy and check them out maybe theyll become your favorite place to visit when you dont want to spend a ton of cash.

I work at a locally owned business that is based around video games, now with that said i still look for cheap games so the first thing i did was go and look at the games. As soon as I walked up to them the clerk noticed me for working at a game store and made it his personal duty to note that he knew where i worked and that everything is cheaper then the business i work at. I felt insulted that he said this, not only to my face but in front of my wife! So to humor him i checked one of there Xbox 360 S systems that they have in store and the Microsoft tamper sticker was removed which means if there is any major problem they will not accept it in the factory to repair it! Bad quality control, no honesty, and downright rude, especially to a person that works at a locally owned business for over 5 Years! customer service is a necessity for repeat customers and they didnt have any of that here! I personally would go buy at Game Stop before them and i hate that corporation!

This place has terrible service, and i mean this in the most surreal way possible. Im a realist and im not a skeptical one at that, and every time that Ive come here they have just lied to me about how they were going to help me out. I called in a few times before coming in and they would tell me "sure everything is OK" then i arrive and sure enough everything was not ok. So in so few words... this place practices "Bad bussiness" and i do not recommend trying to pawn anything there without having trouble. P.S the two people i refer to as the worst employees are "BRANDON" and "JOSH". Hopefully you DONT go to this pawn shop and you make a better choice of trying another one.. But i mean lets face it you wont... cuz RENO,NV is the worst town to live in.

Listing on gunbroker stated explicitly that the seller (metropawn) did not collect sales tax. This is odd in that practically every other seller on Gunbroker lists no tax except for residents of (business state of residence). Metropawn representative claimed he didnt see that option, and also neglected to put the "nevada state excemption" under the additional terms of sale or other information. Metropawn did not demand sales tax until after the FFL form was completed, and social security number, and other personal information was collected. Dont trust these people even with terms spelled out in black and white they will refuse to adhere to the deal as stated.

You know when ever I have a few extra bucks and deciede i want a new movie i keep going here it is awesome all of thier DVDs are $2 and in this economy you cant beat that and the staff is aways really nice and friendly

Buy a lot of stuff here. Great values. They take amazing care of me. David Nick Karen are all absolutely amazing to deal with. Its like a treasure hunt every time I go there. Check it out you wont be disappointed
