Sky powersports is the most crooked Company to deal with. And have no customer service whatsoever. they will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to buy from them I recently bought a golf cart Friday night AS IS I understand what AS IS means and thats why I was so skeptical on buying the cart but I was reinsured it was inspected by a certified golf cart shop before it went on the lot to be sold. And I Was told that if anything went wrong with the cart within A reasonable amount of time they would take care of it because they DONT do business like that. by the time I got it home it was late so I left it on the trailer and took it to work with me the next day to put it on charge and it overcharged the batteries. So I contacted Sky power Monday morning to let them know about the problem I was having and I was told to plug it back in to see if it happened again and the same problem occurred. so I contacted sky power on Tuesday and they told me to take it to a local shop to have it looked at upon their inspection of the cart they told me the Computer was bad and the controller went out as well so I contacted sky power to inform them of the problems that the cart was having and I was told that they would take care of the computer problem which is much appreciated but the controller problem was on me because I bought it AS IS which is bullshit I drove this cart one time and it was on their property the night I bought it and its been in the shop ever since. Ive called on four different occasions to speak with the manager and left message after message for him to call me and its been almost A week and nothing yet. They really know how to treat their customers. I could understand if it was in my possession for a month or so or even a week but the next day guys really. it turns out what you said was a lie you do Do business like that.

We went into their store yesterday and found a 2015 kawasaki zx14r. The sales guy gave us a price of 11299. We told him we would call him when we figired out what we were going to do. Later that night we looked on their website and the same bike they said was 11299 was actually 10299. So i called the following morning and spoke to tim (i think that was his name) he was extemely rude with me. First he said he would have to find out if they could actually do the 10299 because their guy that does their internet prices could have messed up. I told him we wanted to see if they could make the deal today after explaining what we were working with. He continued telling me that the sales guy we dealt with the day before was out and that we would have to wait until he was back in the next day. I told him that we wanted to take cate of it today and he continued to tell me we had to wait. He did mention that he coulld call the sales guy and see if he would come in or if he wanted to pass it to someone else. We hung up and i got a call from another gentelman ( i think is name was dave.. The gm ) and he tomd me that they would allow us to have the 10299 and the total would be just a lil more then what we have to work with. I asked if there was anything they could do to work with us and he pretty much said sure cant ... HIs attidude was awful. Were very dissaponted in the way we were treated it was like it didnt matter if they made a sale or not..... Nevian Tindal This is the store in lake wales fl....

This place is a joke! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I will never buy again from them...we took our ranger in for warranty work and the DENIED us from any service at all because my husband left a bad review from the previous experience we had with them. Dave the general manager is very RUDE, nasty and very unprofessional. He told us NOT to unload our ranger and to never come back here again or any other Sky Power because he said my husbands review hurt his business and didnt want us there ever again...maybe if they treated their customers with respect they would get good feedback. Between my husband and brother in law we spent over 45k dollars in there, youd think theyd treat their costumers better. How can you tell a customer not to ever come there again because of a review that was true? When its still under warranty??? We will be calling Polaris and whoever else is over that place because they clearly do not know how to run a business!!!! Id advise everyone to go somewhere when buying a atv! GO someone where who respects their customers and want your business!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Terrible service department. Its like they intentionally hire people who have NO IDEA what theyre doing and take 2 weeks to do even simple tasks... if the owner spent 1/2 as much time trying to take care of the customers and enforcing good work ethics as he did replying to comments and reviews on here it could potentially be a decent place. Over priced, pushy sales people who also have every intention on trying to bend you over and take your hard earned $ instead of making you happy with the deal as well as the product. Needless to say I didnt get one of the free yeti cups to lie and say how great these people are like most of the BS reviews youre reading through here so trust me when I say STAY AWAY from here and make the trip over to other much better dealers. I personally drive 1 1/2 hours away from my house to a dealer JUST to avoid going here and dealing with them... that alone should speak for itself.

We had been researching Kawasaki and Polaris side-by-sides for quite some time. Vince at Sky Powersports spent hours with us, letting us test-drive every make and every model so that we could get a true hands-on comparison. He was also very straightforward in answering any questions we had. Because we had been doing our research, we gave him a price we were willing to pay; the same price we had given to two other dealerships that couldnt make the deal. Minutes later, he was back with the sales contract in hand and met our price. Not only that, theyre delivering it to us at our home, even though we live almost 2 hours away from their dealership. I highly recommend if youre in the market for any type of ATV, side-by-side, or motorcycle, you should definitely go see Vince at Sky Powersports.

Bought new fork seals and fork oil for my yz 250. I called today and asked what the torque specs are for the pinch bolts on the front axle and the exact words i was told was "Well when i usually need to find something out I go on the computer, you know, like the internet." With my spending somewhere near 400 dollars in various parts in the past 2 months i would expect better service. From now on ill be making the drive to kissimmee for a different dealer. And the parts guys dont know anything. If its not on their diagram they cant tell you, i would expect someone with a little more knowledge to be able to help you.
