Estimated original date: June 2015 I have Sleep Apnea, referred by MD to this medical equipment provider. Friendly folks, push all types of mask, etc. to you and bill you for every piece. But when my Philips Respronics System One BiPap which I received from them, started malfunctioning they immediately concluded it was out of warranty and thus my responsibility to send it back to the mfg. Not too happy with them right now. Updated: 08/12/2015 Two days after originally posting this review I was contacted by one of the owners. He sincerely apologized for the lack of service that Id received and scheduled an appointment to replace my defective machine. He brought the another Philips Respronics System One BiPap but it was a much more current model, new tubing and as I recall a new mask at no charge. With the replacement Ive not had a single instance of the machine malfunctioning and shutting over repeatedly during use. The only issue Ive had is that it runs out of water in the humidifier much more quickly that the old one because unknown to me the old machine heating element was not even working. I am thoroughly satisfied and pleased with the service that I have received. Just dont depend upon what "John (?)" the repair tech tell you. Check with one of the owners. I promised the owner that I would update my review. I have tried several times immediately after the service was but couldnt get in to revise my comments. I eventually had to let it go but Id given my word and not being able to honor it bothered me. Over the weeks Ive tried several more times. Then the realization came that all those times had been attempted via my iPad and wondered if accessing from a desktop system could be the difference. Today is proof that it was. Sorry for the late revision of my original negative review. Drop by and see these folks. It is never fun growing older and needing some of the devices that we now need but these folks are great to deal with and sincerely want to do what is right.

I have only been using this company for a month but nothing but problems. We call because equipment doesnt work and when they bring it back nothing has been fixed. So stressful . Luckily after speaking with the manager we were able to get this resolved and were able to get everything we needed
