Bought swing for my 13 year old daughter who weighs 100lb. The swing is supposed to withstand 300 lb . The delivery guy assembled and left. My daughter was the first one to sit and as soon as she sat the swing broke. She fell on ground. She got hurt. Nothing major though. Spoke to the customer service and they transferred me to Lawrenceville, NJ manager and her comment was she will talk to the customer service ...(Fair enough) but then I was shocked when her reaction was what can we do .. I understand your daughter is hurt and especially, when I demanded action, her reaction was so you want us to take your daughter to hospital as you know we cant!!!!!
