Dont buy from this dealership. I went there because of the low down payment. Within the first week of buying an SUV I had to take it to the shop. It was squealing, losing power, ticking noise in motor and my window squeaks when u roll it up or down. The mechanic told me to return it back to drive time. However I called them about returning it and I was told I would have to Pay $1 for each mile that I drove over the 300 mile limit..so I said okay lets try to fix these problems. The shop called silver rock and told them everything that was wrong. Silverrock was only willing to pay for things to be fixed "if" they worked.. If they didnt work I was responsible to pay. Although in our contract it says they will fix the SUV within 30days or 1500 miles..I was at day 4 and 498 miles.... They ended up paying only for a serpentine belt and a fuel injection cleaning.. Im still left the shop with a ticking motor (lifters) a squeaky window. Day 6 my gas hand stopped working. Day 9 my check engine light is on. Please save your money.in the long run youll Pay more. Im in the process of having my lawyer involved.

Please dont buy a car here, they have a high review because they make the customers do a 5 star review before they leave the lot! They have trashy cars and the warranty program is a SCAM please, i had to find out the hard way please! Im in a battle with them now about my vehicle! They do not back up the vehicles they sell!! Once again the ratings are high because they make you do a 5 star review to get your keys to drive away, And everyone is happy to do one even I was until one month later my car began to cause me MAJOR problems like my Timing Belt, A/C went out and much much more!! They say its covered under their bullsh*t warranty but they give you the run around!! Please save yourself they hassle and go elsewhere! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM DRIVETIME / BRIDGCREST AGAIN!!

I loved the experience I had at Drive Time Winchester! I didnt know who would assist us but Quentin Reed aka Que meet my hubby and I at the door. He won me over just by doing so because no one else seem to notice us when we walked in. He is professional, friendly courteous and well informed on his vehicles as he provided pleasant conversations about several topics. He didnt have that pushy salemans attitude which was a plus for me. It was like meeting your friend at the dealership and you purchased a great vehicle. Thanks Que you have definitely restored my faith in car salesmen. May the grace of God continue to cover you. Be blessed!

My experience at drive time was great & after dealing with sales associate JERICO, he made my experience & time being there even better. While driving on my way there I admit I was extremely nervous and not knowing if I would be able to leave with a car or not but as soon as I sat down and started talking to him all of that nervousness went out of the window, he made me feel so good, he is very down to earth and a people person, great customer service and he is the one you need to go see if u are looking for a car........Please remember JERICO if u go to DRIVE TIME, sits to the right as soon as u walk in.

Drive time customer service was beyond great. Not only that, they are not like other car lots that have you waiting for hours just to hear a yes or no back. I strongly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle, make sure you stop by there. My Favorite two are Melina and Lekeisha, thank you ladies again for all your help in making my first car purchase a success. Kevin and Tucker are awesome gentleman. Thanks again for being on the spot handy men lol I am really please with Drive Times customer service. Im glad my coworker referred me here. I will totally be sending you guys more customers.

I have had many car buying experiences but I have to say this one was the best ever. I worked with sales Rep Speshel D. who made sure to show me and allow me to test drive what I wanted. The vehicle I selected was on hold for me to come back the following day and get but soon I learned after leaving the car was sold to someone else. Speshel was every empathetic and found me the same make but a newer year within 30mins. This lady is so polite and laid back your experience with her will be like your talking to someone you knew all your life. Speshel is my special reward. Thank you Speshel!!!

Every time I come to drive time is a great experience this time my boyfriend is buying and agin we got a excellent sales representative named Quentin Reed. He is great showing us all we needed and wanted to know about the purchase veichele. Then came the paperwork process, he went over everything step by step with clear dictation so we have a clear understanding about everything. Drive time on Winchester is the store I refer to everyone I know in need of their own wheeles!

Drivetime made this car buying process so easy! I was expecting this process to take at least 3 or 4 visits but they took care of everything in just one afternoon. From the first day I inquired about a car online to the minute I drove off the lot Speshel Gandy has been the best customer service rep Ive ever had! She really made this a great experience for us. I would recommend Drivetime to everyone, especially if youve ever had credit issues. #Satisfied

I spoke with Preston on the phone and he was courteous, quick, and very helpful. When I went in I met with Vashaundra Martin. She made my process simple, stress free, and enjoyable! I loved the car and the service was even better. I had to come back and edit my post, because V was especially helpful in making sure I was happy with my purchase. She went above and beyond..... Spechel Gandy was my salesperson. She was very informative, and gave me a ton of options. When it came to my insurance she was proactive, and helped me find an insurance company that was better for me financially. I had an awesome car buying experience here. Only suggestion for management would be that the computer systems need an update. Most of my time was spent waiting for the system to load. Otherwise I was very happy.

I absolutely think this is the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Drive time sales people were friendly, helpful, and understanding. They took my information and withing 5 minutes, I had an approval. Overall, it took about 45 minutes to complete all aspects of my car purchase. I also had a variety of beautiful, clean, and newer model cars and SUVs to choose from. I am referring everyone I know to this place.
