If u want SHADY BUSINESS go to Memphis Auto Sales! I gave them what they wanted for a "2002" TAHOE. Paid for it, didnt finance or had them to tote the note." I Paid For It " Mr. Wayne guaranteed it would go Thur inspection.( It didnt) Emergency Brakes fail, meanwhile front air blows but back air didnt.( he tried to fix it but thats not his thing ) meanwhile windshield washer jug had a hole in it I brought a new one from Jim Keras and again Mr.Wayne tried to fix that.( wasnt his thing cause as it sprayed on windshield more leaked from bottom of truck ) Again not his thing! He put a fog light in and the lens fail off somewhere. So that wasnt his thing..Now the good part--- They took it to their shop kept it for 2 days. I went to pick the truck up and all they fix was emergency brake and tell me their really not responsible for the other problems! 6 days of wasting my time and gas because gas is high. God Is So Good cause he gave me the sense to get my truck and leave! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND YOU ASK TO USE THE BATHROOM @ MEMPHIS AUTO SALES!!!!! 05/09/11 Title comes & I went to pick it up from Memphis Auto Sales. I get out my truck and Mr.Wayne come walking fast out the office with my file for me to sign release for title.(Lol), he must have read this comment..(LOL) I STILL SAY, MEMPHIS AUTO SALES ARE SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!!!!

I would strongly advise people not to trust anything from this dealership! We located a particular vehicle here and had our dealership make the deal for it. Since we were buying sight-unseen in person, we were trusting this dealership to be honest with another dealership...they were not. They told our dealership there was nothing wrong with it, that they had driven it out of state with no issues, maybe a little "doggy" in power. They would not move on the price whatsoever. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, it had not been detailed and was covered in dog hair, had a busted windsheild(nobody was told about this!), the headliner was falling down, and was so lacking in power that it could barely reach interstate speed. How we made the 6 hour drive back, I will never know! It has not ran since we got it home. We are having to replace part after part trying to diagnose the problem. Disappointed and angry do not even begin to describe how I feel about this dealership. They are the definition of the "shifty car salesman".

Horrible ... Baught a car from them , the transmission was slipping , also had an oil leak , they were not trying to fix it . I was a few days late for my note and they towed my car and tried making me pay the full balance out . It dont matter what you are going thrue , they gone take their car if you are a little late . Wayne the salesman is about 40 with about 6 kids and Im 18 tried to talk to me, invite me into his home and also tried walking me to the car lot bathroom. He is a pervert ! And had a extremely bad Attitude! Then when I called to find out how much was my towing exspences were , becuase he told me thats what I had to pay including my car not , he ended up changing the story around . This is a LEMON CAR LOT ! DO NOTT AND I REPEAT NOT BUY NO CAR FROM THEM ! YOU WILL REGRET IT !

on dec 12 i was driving home heard my belt make nosie stop sprayed some belt dressing on belt noise did not go away..hmmmm got me thinking grab the fan and yep it was moving back and forth then saw water dripping from water pump!so in 3 months since i got this truck from memphis auto sales i have replaced trans pump torque convertor water pump,battery and window motor as i working on water pump i relized power sterring house is leaking.so i paid 4700 for this truck put 800 in trans work,170.00 on water pump(i fixed this due to i am running out of cash)battery 125.00,135 window motor,,so they took 400 off so far i have spent 5930-400=5530.00.can not wait for taxes so i cn pay this damn nightmare off and get ride of it!!!!!

Very unprofessional individuals said my 2005 Cadillac SRX was in great condition just needed to be ridden ,this was all a lie I needed to buy struts,shocks,suspension all the way around,timing chain,transfer case was very bad,control arms are bad and just bad all the way around car a lemon.very disappointed with the car at the dealer ship.And you know what Im talking a bought because you sold me this junk you do people dirty ,I will not send no one your way thats for sure ,you cant sell people cars like that thats not how you do buisness man,but guess what I sold your junk and bought a great vehicle finally we are happy once again

I agree with Ms.Ann my husband leased a truck from MEMPHIS AUTO SALES and they DO NOT stand behind their vehicles....the truck needed a new thermostat...we were going to take it somewhere else to get fixed but they INSISTED that we get in done there at their shop! This was in February..by May the problem reappeared even worse!! Wed JUST GOTTEN the vehicle in JANUARY!! The truck was BROKEN DOWN and yet he continued to pay them even though the truck was SITTING AT OUR HOUSE for 3 additional months....so what you sale USED CARS your business still should not be as TERRIBLE as it is!

If I could I would give them a half star. Bought a 2007 buick rendezvous from them on 2-5-15. Started driving it and everytime you hit a bump The truck will pull real hard. I went back to the dealership the owner Mr Wayne had his mechanic look at the truck and the mechanic found things wrong with the front end but Mr Wayne keep saying that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Putting together a law suit againt this company for not fixing nor returning money. Stay away from this From this place. Their nothing but liars and Shad artists.
