Before traveling to Drivetime I research the reviews and seen a lot of negativity, however when I got there I was greeted by a gentlemen name Mr. Lee this was one of the most polite, helpful, friendly and patient person in customer service I have met in a long time. I purchase my vehicle which was an Ford Escape 2015 unlike what you read I was able to purchase a 50,000 miles warranty along with a free warranty that carries for 30 days. Before I left the dealership they did a check point on the vehicle with me inside the vehicle awesome experience. This one of my best car purchase experience and I have brought a lot of cars in my life. I would give a 5 star but I did wait along time for the finished process. If youre looking for a car I would go and see them. Thanks guys for my vehicle Im loving it. Thanks again Mr Lee and Ms. Nacole JOB WELL DONE

I showed up for my appointment. I felt like the saleswomen were being rude, she didnt even really make eye contact with me. Just once to give me this god awful look. Idk maybe they were having a off day or because it close to closing. Still i feel like thats not an excuse. Eventully I just left.. Not sure if id come back. But the person I chatted with online was amazing, polite, informative. Kinda a shocker when i got there the energy wasnt as high or the environment happy and inviting. Felt more like "ugh why are they here". Well at least thats what the saleswomens face said to me.

Very positive experience. While I was never pressured or hustled, both Jacqueline and Jermaine were extremely helpful and friendly. They both answered all of my questions, let me test drive multiple cars (I couldnt make up my mind), and just made the experience as pleasant as buying a car can be. The store itself was neat and calm, and the inventory was diverse enough to make me feel like I had plenty of options. I would recommend to anyone needing a used car - especially if they are at all worried about their credit situation.

This company has ruined my credit. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. We bought a vehicle from the in February 2016, it is now February 2017. We have made over $1000 dollars in repairs including trouble with the motor. The vehicle we purchased had only 60,000 miles on it.
