Came here to buy tires instead of ordering online which wouldve been cheaper anyway. So I pay $700 for tires which I couldve got for $634 shipped to my door and you wanna charge $65 for installation after you would think it would be free ? Thats ridiculous. Tires arrived today and I came up for install and after he said $65 for installation I was thinking what? Really? I asked Evan if he could work with me on installation since Im paying $28 dollars for new stems even though I dont need them on a camaro with 50,000 miles but I did because John, who was awesome, recommended it at the time I ordered them,. I still paid $60 more for the tires here than what I couldve got them for even after price matching. Evan was pretty rude once I said not only could I have gotten them cheaper but can also get them installed mounted and balanced for $25-$30 and he says your tires are outside, you can pick them up. So I was just like, well, ok, and went outside and loaded them into my coupe. Hey, thanks for your help Evan! Will not return here nor will I make any recommendations for anyone to come here.

Possible scam here!!! I bought Michelin Premiere as tires and they put a much, much cheaper tire on my car. Good thing I looked at the tires before I drove off. Manager claimed it to be a mistake. Rather convenient mistake!!! I bet they wouldnt make that mistake in my favor. Funny how its in their favor. Just beware and check before you leave. They are counting on the fact that you wont check your tires before you leave their property. This is one of the oldest scams. Plus they didnt check to make sure they did the job correctly before returning my car to me. Where is the quality control? They also did not inflate my tires properly. As stated on their own website, you determine the proper air pressure by what the car requires. This is located on a sticker on the door or on the door frame or in your vehicles manual.

I went here on my lunch break to get my tires changed. I had no appointment or anything and they still had me in and out within 30 minutes! My car runs smoothly with the new tires and the prices was fantastic also! They are very personable and friendly, they even told me things that NO OTHER tire place ever had... like my rim was bent and that was causing my tires to rub and need to be replaced! They checked the air in all four of my tires and cleaned my old ones (I only bought two new tires and left the other two on because I had recently purchased those at Rick Pruitts place - who is AWFUL by the way). I didnt even recognize the old ones from the new! They are outstanding, I will always go back and always refer people to them! = ) Thank you!

I requested: 1. install a new valve stem on the flat tire that was in the back of my van. 2. after replacing the valve stem remove the spare tire and return the spare to the storage at the underside of the van. 3. install the repaired tire on the van. 4. install a new valve stem on the other tire as preventative maintenance. Discount Tire did all that I requested AND BALANCED THE TIRES. ALL OF THIS AT NO CHARGE TO ME. I have been driving for 51 years and I have never had work done for no charge. Amazing service. As a guy who has to deal with customer service everyday getting the same great customer service youre told to give day after day is a great breath of fresh air. Not only is this customer service the best. The go above and beyond to make sure youre safe on the road. Felt like the most important guy in the room with how well they took care of my tires. All the other places want to charge out the roof. Only place Ill ever work with my tires ever.

I cant say enough about their great customer service! My boat trailer had a blow-out at 5:58 pm. I called to see if they were still open. The guy on the phone told me they closed at 6:00, but they would be happy to wait on me to get there and would help me out. Luckily they had one tire of the size I needed in stock and they got me back on the road. Thanks guys for going above and beyond to help me out when I was in a serious predicament.

Bought my nephew a set of 4 tires here. 2 days later he catches a curb and blows the 2 on the passenger side. I thought the tire warranty was just incase the tires were defective. Not here they offered to replace the tires at no charge. I had to buy some replacement wheels off eBay but I was amazed. Ive never had a tire dealer actually stand behind there warranty like that. P.S. Christian music playing in the waiting area. :)

We have bought several sets of tires from them and always with the best pricing for the milage. I also had a problem with one of my tires when I had a flat and it was within 30 days of my purchase my tire got a heat ring and they replaced it at no charge. I guess it was still under warranty, but these guys will take care of you. They will match others pricing as well! SUPERIOR to the rest!

Absolute mess! Bought new set of tires to put on my suv, had to return the next day because of bad vibration! Come to find out in the process of put on tires they bent my wheel! And tried to blame the problem on me. Would never return there again! Bought tires from 115 used tire in Cleveland ga and they were $120. Cheaper with absolutely better service and cared about what they do!!

Rebate Program is a Scam, As far as Discount Tire of Gainesville goes I would have given them 5 stars if not for their rebate program with Americas Tire Rebate Promotions, they automatically reject your rebate even though everything is in order in hopes that you wont take the time to follow up and call them or send them an email to verify your rebate information.

Another echo.. this place has outstanding customer service. Being a female, Im always hestitant about having my car serviced, because of the bad experiences being ripped off. However, I got a great price, he even called Michelin to get me more credit for my new tires. By the way, who gets brand new tires installed in 20 minutes? This place!

Gainesville Tire Service was half priced on service and installation so was walmart,amigo and 123 tire C&M cut the tire prices by almost half! $75 ea NEW for 245/40/18 and will on almost all tire sizes. this IS discount, if your driving a $50,000 car but not for average joe over priced for standard oem tires...you search you will find...
