Beware of electronics bought here, They may be used, damaged, or missing parts and they have a 3 day return policy. If you buy someone a gift and they open it a week later and it is broken or missing something you’re screwed. My advice to you is; if you decide to go to this store and buy anything (especially electronics) it is in your best interest to open the box in the store in front of an employee and make sure everything is in the box. I bought a rock band game (full game with all instruments) from this store. Before I paid I ask the employee at the counter if the set was new or used. She assured me it was new, and the box was probably taped because the box had been damaged. When I got home I opened the box to find part of the game pieces just thrown into the box. Some of the packaging was there, but it definitely wasn’t packed like a new product. The actual game disc had been opened. There were batteries strewn around the box. I went through the contents list and realized I was missing the microphone controller, guitar strap, part of the drum kit, and 6 batteries. (the other 3 batteries were in the guitar controller, a dead giveaway that the game had been used before.) I called the store and told Cindy my problem. I felt as if she was implying that I had lied about things being missing to get a discount. I told her I would keep it but ask that she return part of the money I had paid. I thought I could get the other parts somewhere else. This sounded like a win win to me, I could get a fair price on used equipment, and the store could sell the incomplete kit (which would be pretty hard to sell to most people in my opinion). Cindy said I could speak to her manager about this, but they have a 3day return policy. After I got off the phone with cindy I realized I would not be able to return the rock band equipment in three days because I had to work double shifts the rest of the week and the store closes around 530 or 630 most days. I called back and they sent me to voice mail. I left a message saying I couldn’t return it in 3 days and also expressed my displeasure about having been misled about the product (saying its new when it is obviously used) and ask for someone to return my call. No one returned my call that day or the next. I got a phone call one day before their 3day deadline. Cindy became increasingly rude to me. Telling me she didn’t want my money, and she doubts we shop there often, that I don’t spend enough money in her store for her to care whether I am satisfied. Cindy repeatedly called me “lady” even though I told her my name several times. Even saying “Look lady, you got a problem” well she is right. I do have a problem. I was misled about a product. Cindy says “well it WAS new at some point”. Well my 94 Lexus WAS new at some point. Does that mean I can sell it as NEW now? NO! Cindy admitted to me that people steal- things happen, and they re-tape the boxes and sell it anyway. The worst thing is we recommended this store to so many people and have gone in on many occasions and spent money. (When I told Cindy that she said “I doubt it.” -What? Why would she say that?) But apparently they only care about your money if you spend what they consider to be a substantial amount. We really do go here so often that even their dogs know us, this was the first complaint I had and I was treated like crap and told not to come back to the store. I am utterly disappointed in this place. Although I was upset when I called about the problem, I never said anything hateful or anything that would justify the way I was treated.

I love this place. Partly for the products, but mostly for the people. I come in on a weekly basis and generally find something I cant live without! And the People... Some of the nicest people I know! The products arent always in perfect packages, but Ive never had a problem that couldnt be solved by the very customer oriented staff here! Ive bought furniture, electronics, cleaning supplies, clothes, food, pet supplies and tools... I have always - Yes I said Always - been satisfied with the price and the products. Give it a try... Ill bet youll make it a regular stop on your shopping trips!

I LOVE this place! We live in McDonough and it was worth the drive to Buford. I believe they get most of their items from Costco. No junk. Its all the same designer, high quality stuff I see at Costco but discounted even more. No membership fee. Daily and weekly deals. You can always count on there being name brand electronics or furniture. I stopped in after Halloween and they had all of Costcos 2009 season Christmas decorations on sale. I also picked up some Ralph Lauren Polo clothing for the kids.

Love this place I always find great deals.. I stopped shopping at Walmart years ago and started at shopping for my home good needs like laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo etc at Family Dollar or Dollar General to save money, time and the hassle of all the people.. Now I shop here for all my goodies and REALLY REALLY save. Getting high name items for the price I would at the dollar store..Never a line to wait, people are friendly and always a treasure to be found..

I love this place. I get some of the best deals from here. They do get alot of their items from Costco and you have to know that when you are buying from a store like this some of the items can be a little beat up. I never have a problem with customer service and I love the owner and his dog :-) Really nice guy.

We make it a point to always stop by here on our way up to the Lake Lanier Islands area. Always has a good deal in electronics, home goods, furniture or miscellaneous stuff. It has a warehouse feel, but if your a patient shopper, you can find some real bargains.
