It took 7 weeks to make a repair that should have taken 2 days and its not that it was backed up. They said kawasaki moved a warehouse and 3 weeks after that call it was done. my original quote 1200ish they tried to bill 1850. final bill 1385 and cant tell they ever did anything. Parts tech had a lame attitude. asked for a price quote for an OEM part and Memphis Kawasaki was 40 dollars cheaper. I understand a bad experience is not the same with every person. This was my experience it was bad and I will never go back.

I broke down and was from out of town. Their mechanic went though my bike with a fine tooth comb. Their whole staff made me feel at ease as I waited for my bike to get fixed. Thanks again from the cheese head
