Delivery was great and the flowers always looked amazing but they constantly misspelled both my name and my girlfriends as well even after I had continuously spelled it out for them every time. They would also ruin the surprise every time by calling her and not me, asking her where her work was( I also gave them the address, may not matter to you but it’s the small things that make receiving flowers great). This last time on Valentines Day I called to order flowers for my girlfriend and as always paid for the most expensive option of the particular arraignment of my choice. They informed me that they were out of that specific kind of vase(understandable given the holiday at hand). My girlfriend was pleased but I on the other hand was not to say the least. They were about the size I would imagine the small would be and there wasn’t a single red rose or deep pink Asiatic Lilie in the bunch and was loaded with the leaves they use to fluff it with. If you are willing to deal with their mistakes my all means us them. This for me however will be the last time I put up with them.

Valentines day, my mothers birthday and Thanksgiving mark the days out of the year I order flowers from this local business and they have always met my expectations. I have recommended Flowers By Edie to more than two dozen people, including co-workers and close friends, and have received nothing but great feedback from them. As mentioned by others before, their flowers last considerably longer than those bought in say a grocery store or supermarket and the delivery is prompt and timely. Since we will be out of town the 14th, I surprised my wife today with early Valentines Day flowers, hence my review. Mark, the business owner, put together a beautiful arrangement on short notice and my wife is as happy as can be.

Wonderful. Wonderful. I realized very late in the day that my sister was having a milestone birthday (not just an ordinary birthday), and Flowers by Edie was so accommodating and pleasant about putting together a beautiful and appropriate pink and white bouquet at the last minute and doing a nearby delivery. They really know the meaning of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My sister was so pleased and I couldnt have asked for a better experience and nicer people to deal with. Flowers by Edie gets an A++ in my book.

Our friends mother passed and we wanted to send something other than flowers...Mark suggested a floor plant that could not have been more beautiful and was greatly appreciated. ..when my friend called me with concerns about wilting, Mark was there again to coach us through reviving it, which only required a change in lighting and water, and the plant has thrived ever since...Will definitely use Flowers by Eddie again and recommend to all! Thank you Mark!

The florist called to say they were limited to Christmas colored flowers this year. I asked if she could still make an arrangement that wasnt overly Christmas that could be for a birthday. It turned out stunning and as it happens, it is both a beautiful birthday present and Christmas centerpiece. I have been using Flowers by Edie for many years and they always come through..... even if it isnt my initial order - always seems to be more magnificent.

I often send flowers to my family and friends, as I live in another state. Rarely do the flowers ever look the same as the picture and are generally much smaller than I would expect for the price I pay. Flowers by Edie is such a wonderful florist shop! We used them for our wedding at the Sandbar. Susan was so easy to work with and treated us like family as we planned for the wedding.
