I picked this florist based on the reviews I read online. Im always concerned when I send flowers since Ive had some awful arrangements. My fear is either the arrangement will be something a child can put together, or worse, a bunch of flowers in a box that you have to arrange yourself. In regard to Venetian Flowers, my gut told me I picked an excellent florist based on my phone interaction with the owner (or at least I believe it was the owner). She was pleasant, sweet, and found a way to accommodate my order when it was last minute on Mothers Day. The best part is when my Mom called. She said she had never seen an arrangement as beautiful as the one I had ordered. I went with "florist preference" and boy, did that florist have a sophisticated preference. I must say, that was the best long distance florist experience Ive ever had!!! And my mom kept calling everyone in the family telling them about the orchids, hydrangea, and red roses in her bouquet! Thank you Venetian Flowers.

Wonderful !! This is a wonderful place to send flowers. I called an order in for Mothers Day and a very friendly person helped me choose an arrangement tailored made for my thought and price range. On the day they were to be delivered my mother was not home in the morning so the flower shop called me to let me know they made two trips, a phone call and checked with neighbors. Being a surprise I did not know my mother would not be home. They called me to ask if I would like the gift left at the door. I thought that was very polite. On the next try my mother was home and so delighted to get the gift...she cried with happiness. She loved the gift an described it to me over the phone. I received an e-mail from the shop with a picture of the arrangement...such a thoughtful touch. The best service ever!!!!!

I had just left Northport after visiting my Girlfriend for the first time. AND I forgot to get her flowers. I had it all planned but by the time I got there it was 2am, and nothing was opened. Great... We had a great weekend and all, but when it was time to leave I realized I forgot flowers and felt like crap. Sooo on my drive home I decided to look for a florist near her work to deliver. Found this awesome place and called them up. I didnt know anything about flowers. All I cared about was if it was beautiful and if my girl loved it. Needless to say she did both. I got a call from my girl on break telling me how she loved the flowers and how it was a surprise and so on. This place definitely has my business for the future.

I had the greatest experience with Anna at Venetian Flowers. Before placing an order for an anniversary arrangement, I did a lot of research on florists in the area and felt more than comfortable placing this order with Venetian Flowers. Although my order seemed large to me, I know it was only a small part of what they do everyday. They still treated me like I was the most important client they had, making me and my order feel special. I received texted and emailed pictures of my arrangement before delivery for approval. They definitely went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional and I will definitely be using Venetian Flowers again in the future! My in-laws are wintering in Florida and my mother-in-law had a medical emergency and was hospitalized. Once she was discharged, I wanted to send flowers to cheer her up, but living many miles away I had to pick a vendor from an online search. Not only did Venetian Flowers process and deliver my order promptly, my mother-in-law was thrilled with her floral arrangement and described how beautiful they were. To my surprise, the delivery confirmation email included a photo of the actual (and stunning) arrangement, so I could see what I was sending! Id definitely use Venetian again, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing flowers in the area.

I could not be home this Valentines Day and I needed to find a quality responsible florist who would deliver a dozen of red roses to the love of my life. I found that florist in Venetian Flowers. The owner who introduced her self on the phone reassured me she would create a beautiful arrangement of red roses and that she would call my wife to set up a time for delivery on Valentines Day. As I was in meetings all day, I was happy to recieve a text from my wife how happy she was and how beautiful the vase of red roses were. My wife also commented how nice and polite the driver was.Venetian Flowers exceeded my expectations.

I couldve gone on line to send birthday flower arrangement but I wanted something special, so sought out the best flower shop in Venice and google brought up Venetian Flowers. Had a nice conversation about what I was looking for and they created a Beautiful arrangement. What a surprise to receive an email on the day the flowers were delivered with a photo of the flowers, balloon and stuffed animal they delivered. THAT was IMPRESSIVE. What a great idea, wonder why no one thought of that before? Great flower shop, will definitely use them again

I live in Oklahoma and my mother lives in Florida. Its her birthday, so I wanted to send her a beautiful bouquet that reflects her own beautiful self. I decided to select a local flower shop from an online map search, and Venetian Flowers stood out from the rest. Their website presents a multitude of colorful arrangements for every occasion, and my online order went through like a breeze. They emailed me a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered, and they even attached a lovely photo of the finished bouquet! Thank you, Venetian!!!

I wanted to send flowers to my mother, who just had surgery. I live out of state. I called and the young lady on the phone was so sensitive, thoughtful and considerate. She guided me through her website and my options. Being a former floral designer, I wanted to be sure I was getting a quality arrangement for a good price. They sent me a picture of the order. WOW! What a beautiful arrangement! I have to say I am impressed and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for making this so special! Good customer service goes a long way in my book!

Great service and they even sent me a picture of the arrangement - would definitely use again. I live in Colorado and called to order an arrangement for a memorial service in Venice. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful. I told her a few of the arrangements that I liked on their website and asked if she could make something similar in my price range. I paid over the phone and she emailed me my receipt almost immediately. I also received a picture of the actual arrangement that was delivered, which was extremely beautiful.

We live in Michigan and our mother in Florida. We are so happy with the service from Venetian Flowers....they are prompt with their deliveries always friendly on phone. And best of all they send pictures of finished arrangement before delivery and confirmation!! My mother in law is always HAPPY ☺ cause arrangements are so beautiful and they last!!!
