The service was terrible! I was trying to get a member card, and the manager Christina or some similar named woman was so RUDE! After I input my address into their system I was waiting for a long time for help to continue to the next step and somehow their system popped me out, and she came to ask me in a very rude tone what just happened. I told her I input my address and I didnt know what happened to the system. She was very impatient and said "I dont know either!". She doesnt smile at all and no apology or any explanation for their system. With a bitter face and coldest tone, she yelled at me for my id and require me to input the address all over again! I said forget about it, then she literally threw the card to me and say fine, you can call later. Ive never seen anybody in this country ruder than her! I didnt shop there and will never do. Its my first and last time to go to that store!

I have never had a bad experience at this WD. Except when there was a promo 4 for $5 of a drink, the cashier was too lazy to ring it up the PROPER way, so I ended up getting charged over $7 in the end for the dang drinks. I wasnt going to make a fuss to customer service about a few dollars /change. I just wish the employee would have done her job correctly instesd of telling me "she doesnt see" the deal I was talking about because it was not in the news paper ad. After sending another employee to go look where I grabbed them from, they finally said yes it was 4 for $5. Always great customer service from Kenny, I could not be more pleased with the way he handles things. But this location is probably one of the best.

This is a nice clean store with good selection. The staff doesnt stand out as above or below expectation. The prices are a bit high but I still go for the convenience to my home and choice. One bummer....they dont make sushi here, but I have yet to find that here in FL, its common in the state Im from so it may be a FL thing. I would be over the moon if they would add a salad bar. For a vegetarian theres no quick meal you can grab at lunch or after work. They have an area with cooked meals but its mostly fried food like chicken and fries. A healthy option in that area would make me happy. Otherwise, nice store.

Usually everything is great. I did have some problems with my debit card last time I was in. They took the money out of my account when I used my debit card and then tried to tell me it didnt work and I would have to pay another way or leave without my food. I showed them on my phone where the transaction went through my bank account and then only after raising heck with the manager who admitted they had been having card problems all day did they let me leave with my food. Otherwise I love shopping at this location.

Cuz they dont have the quality like they used to the pricrs off the chain, thats why I switched to Walmart. Big bags of frozen vegetables....the price I pay for big bag at Walmart they want for tiny bags at Winn Dixie. The people who work there are excellent but If I dont make the 2 for one Im outta luck and it still is no bargain compare to Walmart. I shop most at Walmart and a little tiny bit at Winn Dixie.... Plus Winn Dixie is right across the hyway from me and I drive a little farther for Walmart. Sorry.

Pretty standard Winn Dixie in terms of layout and quality of produce etc (fairly decent) but the staff here is phenomenal. My daughter has been coming since birth and the girls all chat with her and are all her friends making her excited to go to the "big supermarket" Makes me go there before any other grocery store even if its a bit more for an item I need.

by far the worst grocery store!! I know I know, its the area! They have a great fish department, except they close at seven. Otherwise theres really not much here to shop for, no organics and most of the meat and fish departments are simply closed after seven. Bread non existent also. Very small veggie department too.

I use this location maybe twice a month, never for produce though.. Unfortunetly, it is always moldy on the shelves or less then 1 day after bringing it home. I suggest the produce stand across the street. The buy one get one and gas keep me using winn dixie.. But I prefer the one on Alt 19 in tarpon. :-)

Always enjoy shopping at WD. Staff at the Holiday Store are always smiling and helpful. But, since Corporate made the change to the Plenti Card it seems their sales are not as good and the BOGO sales are on the same items every couple of weeks. Actually went 3 weeks without stopping at WD.

This store is very local to me, and when I watch their circulars, I can find many good deals, especially the BOGO deals. They make it worth your while to visit their store. I believe they still may have a gas rewards program going on, which can help you save money at the pump, as well.

Great service and staff is always very kind. The store looks amazing. They work hard to keep it fully stocked with the best choices. Price wise it may be a little more that other stores but I tell you it is worth it. You will never find spoiled food.

The actual grocery store is great. For that I give 5 stars. For the customer service desk. .. especially western union. .save yourself the trouble and go directly to Publix. Never works!! Dont know why they even offer the service.

Would have liked to have hand baskets for the few items that I needed to get too much to carry but dont want to push around a cart hand carrying baskets would be a nice thing to have at the doorway when you come in :-)

Decent size store that have quite a bit of variety of fresh, frozen, and dry products. I went there to get some fresh meat and few other items that cannot get anywhere else. Friendly associates and quick transaction.

Lots and lots of bogo here. Bakery is awesome. Deli and meats are the freshest ive seen in any grocery store. Love it.

Winn Dixie is right by my house, so I only use it in an emergency. Its very expensive and the store never seems clean
