I needed to get my watch fixed. It was just a simple tightening of my wrist band, The jewler fixed it in 5 minutes and refused payment thanking me for stopping by. I didnt know businesses still did those things. I will definitely go back when its time to buy my wife a gift. Sandy and her staff made designing my fiancés engagement ring not just worry-free, but actually enjoyable. They were friendly, extremely helpful, and always made sure to call me by name. They did such a good job with the engagement, that I went back to have her wedding ring made. I could never go to a chain jeweler after my wonderful experience at Sunset Hill.

The owner is very nice, but quoted me $2200 to have a simple 3 stone platinum engagement ring and plain wedding band reset in the same metal- not asking for any additional diamonds, or fancy cuts etc. Funny thing is, she charged me $600 in 2008 to have this same 3 stone engagement ring reset. Something didnt seem right about that, had to go elsewhere...
