DO NOT go to this store, or Jareds in general! They were nice when I had my wallet, but as soon as you purchase they couldnt care less about you. Rude, arrogant, unhelpful, shotty repair jobs, and all around bad customer service. Not to mention the quality of their jewelry is a joke. Got a necklace inspected (for their diamond warranty) only for a diamond to fall out literally an hour later, go back and tell them a diamond just fell out, they made us wait about 45 minutes while they inspected the necklace, then tried to charge us for the diamond and service, I refused and argued, eventually they agreed to replace it on their dime, went back 2 days later to pick the necklace up only to find a terrible quality diamond (almost brown against all the clear pre existing diamonds), they argued that there was no difference, and then finally changed it out. I have spent thousands there, and have had issues with every peice that has been purchased, and have vowed to never buy or let a friend buy from Jareds again, especially this store. Ive had several bad experiences when going in there, another time I was told to wait for someone to help me get a ring fixed that I had purchased from there a month ago, I waited for about 20 minutes, got asked about my problem, she dissappeared, then the employee returned with a list of the jewlery prices that I had purchased from the store FOR HER and revealed them to her without asking my permission (my fiances name was no where on the information and was not even dealing with the employee at this time), then proceeded to make us wait another 20 minutes, only to go and help another customer. All in all, we were there for about an hour after I told the manager how terrible his store was and that Id never return, only to be laughed at and given a smug look as if I dont matter at all to him. Ive literally never stepped foot in the store again and have gotten people to avoid their store when looking for engagement rings or any jewelry for that matter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible quality jewelry(falls apart, constantly loose), terrible quality employees (with the exception of a few).

My boyfriend has been asking me about the style of engagement ring I like and since I didnt know from experience, I went in to Jared to try a few on (without him, as I didnt want him to feel pressured to buy in front of me). I walked in and told someone what I was there for. She got me a bottle of water and said Sara would be right with me. I waited another 10 minutes for Sara even though there was nobody in the store and Sara and another employee were within plain sight gabbing. Finally she approached me and I told her again that I wanted to try some on and why. She said "ok" and stared at me with a blank expression. I replied "I dont know where to start." She said w"well here are our rings so let me know what you want to see." and then walked away. She offered no help, information, advice. Just stood there and handed me what I wanted with a miserable expression. I tried to prod for help by asking questions and she was unresponsive. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but when a little kid came running through the store she cooed about how cute he was and started chatting up the mother. Their selection wasnt that great to begin with but I will be sure to tell my boyfriend not to give them any service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CIRCUS Store Manager has extremely poor knowledge of Jewellery and judgement. We have been Jared customers since very long, and have given them our business for so long. Went to this store location this morning and among other things, wanted to get a genuine Sapphire Ring sized. The sales woman clearly indicated this was easily possible, since Genuine Sapphires can withstand the heating process, and they can add sizing beads to the ring easily. She also tested the Gem for authenticity and was completely satisfied. In walks Mr. highly incompetent Store Manager, who obviously has no knowledge of Gemstones other than stuff that comes from his "Corporate Warehouse" and claims that since the Ring was not purchased from Jared, they wont be able to Size it as they cannot verify if the Stone as genuine. HuH? If you cannot verify if a Gem is real or not imh, you do not deserve to be in the Gem industry. You need to go flip burgers. Hey Manager, wearing a black Tuxedo and acting head honcho does not make you qualified to run your stupid show. Go back to smoking cigarettes with your pals outside the store. Never ever visiting this location again. Worst Customer Service ever.

Went in to buy a silver bracelet as a gift for my wife. Salesman was very nice and I told him my wife has a very slender wrist and I was sure the bracelet would need to be re-sized for her small wrist. He said that would not be a problem since they did on-site jewelry repairs. He then tried to sell me a service contract for the bracelet which he said covered any kind of damage but not loss. I said I would not need that. He then tried to get me to open a charge account...which I also declined. Everything was fine until 3 days later when I returned to the store with my wife to get the bracelet sized. They said the work would cost me $23.99 since I did not purchase a service contract. When I said that I was never told that during the purchase and I was told the contract only covered damages and that I was told re-sizing "would be no problem" . The salesman conveniently forgot our conversation about re-sizing. Do not shop at this store. All they care about is the sale and they will omit and lie and do whatever to get the sale. I demanded and received a refund and bought a better bracelet online at Ross Simons.

Horrendous customer service both on the phone and in person. Pompous, passive-aggressive salesperson and what was supposed to be a wrapped birthday gift that I was to pick up, not opened in the store, was opened by the salesperson and shown to me. Adding insult to injury he tried in a cunning manner to sell me a warranty by telling me I owed $ ??? After a barrage of insensitive remarks, you ask if I want a bag and add, "Oh, is this supposed to be gift?" and proceeds to tie a piece of used, wrinkled ribbon to a bag, fussing about how the bag doesnt match the box? I had to point out where the bags were??? Not that he changed the bag. The fact that this kid gave me 2 of his business cards telling me all about his many titles and asking me to give one to recipient of the gift, tells me he wasnt listening to a word I said when I went in to pick up "my gift". As a client service manager for a nationwide corporation I can tell you with certainty that your employees lack, training, skill and credibility. I would never step foot in a Jared store again.

Terrible, shady, underhanded are a few words I would like to use! I was told a bunch of bs about my engagement ring, and how it would cost about $3000 to fix. I was told this with very great detail, so I believed them, I was so upset I had no idea what to do. I was also told that my wedding band diamonds were loose, so I decided to have them fixed, it was the cheaper option. One of the diamonds fell out of the ring and I called the manager to tell them my whole long story. I was not even given the $60 back, there was" nothing they could do". I didnt even ask for a new ring or anything else other then my money back. They spend a ton of money on marketing, but can not be bothered to make their customers happy.
