Ive been going to Gold Beauty Supply for over 10 years and never had a problem... "until I purchase a lace front wig for my cruise for this past Labor Day" sad to say that once I open the package it was not up to part with what Im use to. I simply put it back it package, unused just in case they would be reasonable abt exchanging it once I return from my cruise, even though their policy is no refund on any wig once purchase, "I thought cool, "I know that" but considering the fact that wig was nappy and not as displayed in the store, just maybe they would be reasonable". Boyyyy, was I wrong... "the heffa wanted me to buy another wig and give me 10% off... "get the hell outta here with that BS"!!!! They will and have given anybody 10% off, and plus she still didnt want me to open the new package (after selling me some NAPPY hair once before) but braggged on the fact that no one never complained abt that particular hair and didnt mind it being partly NAPPY, so with that being said... They dont value ME as a customer so "Jessicas Beauty Supply" will definitely be getting Allll of my business!!!! Jessicas Beauty Supply just open a bigger location in McKinney off Eldorado/75 as well as theres one right off Preston/Gaylord and since Im in Frisco... "why not"!!! Why would I drive to Plano, just to be seen as just another buyer..."No Thank You"!!!!

Very bad service they just want you to buy their product you go home and its not what you asked for . they dont let you open and see the extension and they dont exchane it if u dont like it. I trusted the lady who sold me the extension. I wanted thick and long extensions 20 in. She sold me a very thin one. And there were inly 4 peaces that are 20 in the rest of the 8 peaces were shorter. I trusted her because i thought she works there she knows better. I went back to discuse it with the manager. I didnt want to return it i was gonna exchange it and buy a more expensive one. He didnt even wanna listen to what i wanted to say. right away when he sow thet it was opend he was like im not returning that. He was very rudeeeee. He lost a costomer and he will lose many more..very bad experiance

This is by far one of my favorite beauty supply store. Im always greeted and they usual have everything that I need. Someone always greet and help me...I wouldve given them 5 stars but they lack at consideration for people. The store closing hour states 8pm. Yet they have someone standing at the door 10 minutes prior and lock people out before the closing time. If thats the case they should change the closing time. I drive all the way from frisco and have cut it close.

Tried to charge me 18.00 for something that was 6.99 like im some kid that dont know math. 1. I bought this item many times before, and 2. it cost 7.99 regular price not on clearance when I bought it. Also has bad customer service and follows people around. The only reason I go there is because it is the closest beauty supply to sherman, right off the 75.... Yet 45 mins away

Best selection in the area for sure but they shut off the lights in the store before closing time and rush you out. I didnt know what time it was but when the lights were out I assumed I had been there past 8 and they locked the doors and everything but once I got to my car I realized it was only 7:55 and they dont close until 8.

Drove 40 miles to get there, knew exactly what I wanted & where it was (because that is what I get when I go there), made it by 7:55 & the man was standing at the door with it locked not letting me in (the only one standing there) just letting people out. Their sign states they close at 8.

Today was my 1st visit to this place and worst customer service ever drove all the way ...they have lots of options but the service is sucks specially the guy that work he is rude he should not supposed to talk to me about for one year old baby. Hate the service & will never go back

Great experience!. Went here to get some hair for braiding and was greeted at the door. I asked where I could find what I was looking for and was directed to the area. The price and service was excellent. I will definitely shop here again.
