Busy Girl

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean well laid out shop. Two sisters run the shop. One of them has longer hair and is very friendly and customer service driven. Her sister, shorter one with short hair is a bit snarky. She was arranging inventory and acted like I was bothering her to be there. They seem as different as night and day. The wig I got was a simple bang with soft waves. I tried it on and it looked cute. $40. I should have spent more time with it in the store. When I got it home I realized it had a gap-lift top center. I could not get it to lay at the top of my head. It was a poorly made cheap wig. Then I remembered I had the same experience with this shop a couple years ago. My only advice is take your time with your selections. That shop has some good pieces and some stinkers. Shop around. Get familiar with other wig shops that offer a larger variety. Lamar has 3 decent wig shops in the same block for instance. Im glad so many ladies are happy with this shop. Im not. I wont be back. I know too many other places that are better with better pricing. They were close, I was in a hurry. Never shop for wigs in a hurry and shop around.

I was looking online for a beauty supply store when I just happen to run across the website for Round Rock Beauty Supply store. I decided to go there and boy was I glad I did. The owner, Mia was there along with her husband. The moment I walked in I was greeted and they made me feel welcome. I was most impressed with two things: First their inventory was great. The store had all the supplies and all types of hair you could ever need and at various prices. Second I was really impressed with Mia and her knowledge of the products that she sold in the store and she could answer any questions that you might have and she didnt mind taking the time to explain anything that I was unsure of. I most definitely will be coming back.

Ive been to other beauty shops and noone treats you better than Mia and her staff at round rock beauty ! The minute yu walk in the door theyre ready to help and give yu their honest opinions ! Mias main goal is always to take care of her customers..I recently moved to austin nd after going to "FASHION OUTLET" I NEVER FELT SO MISTREATED AS A CUSTOMER IN MY LIFE!..I NOW still make the drive to come here..after one visit yu become family..she knows my likes, what fits my face best ,brands and styles...if youre looking for a beauty shop youre going to be comfortable at, and get the best deals; Please visit round rock beauty!

Pleasantly surprised to find this place! Needed a quick do for an event and didnt want to try back into Austin or even Pflugerville. Googled and found this place. Small and unnoticeable in the shopping center. It served me well! I was able to get a bun and ponytail for pretty cheap and it didnt cost me much at all. I even found a new line to try for a future sew-in with the help of the staff! They were beyond helpful and nice!

I came in to the store because I was braiding hair in round rock and I ran out of hair. It was Sunday so most places are closed but we found this place on google maps and I was very impressed with the selection and knowledge of the staff. They were very personable and I brought my daughter in and they were extremely nice to her. Every time I need something I will go here...Im actually stopping by later today

I decided to stop by after finding this little gem online. I was pleasantly surprised to find the store has a lot of great things that several beauty supply stores dont carry. As soon as I walked in the owner was very kind, friendly and polite. Its a one stop shop for all your hair and beauty supplies. This will definitely be my go to hair store going forward.

Finally! I finally found a store that has Outre and Mambo hair! I live in Killeen but will be driving to Round Rock to get all my hair stuff. The prices are affordable. The customer services was great. The owner was awesome. She took the time to really help me find what I was looking for and open my eyes to other products. Awesome Sauce!

I am always helped and I find lots of good sales when I go there. Nice people and good help I always find what ever I need there from braid hair to oil to wigs if I need a change I am always welcome in the door by the owner or mom of course. And its down the street from my home and thats a plus. You must go see for yourself

This is the best place to get advise about hair and what to do. They never shy away from telling you the truth about a style being damaging or even if you could get something cheaper elsewhere. The staff is amazing and ask for Mea and she can give you tons of helpful advice about your hair and great hair products
