Get anything they say in writing before you buy anything! A few years ago I had a Triton Tungsten Carbide ring purchased for me by my girlfriend. We went to the store to look at them and pick one out, I loved the one that she wanted to get me, the color and finish were great. Being skeptical of "forever" I asked two different members of the sales staff about the fact that the rings are supposed to be: in their words "indestructible". One sales person told me that it would take so much force to break the ring that my hand would be "crushed to pieces" in the process and another sales person told me flat out it was "indestructible". Well a few years went by and I was moving a heavy box, I set the box down to get a better grip and my ring broke in to 4 pieces, to my surprise neither of my hands were crushed to pieces. I brought the pieces of ring back in to them and asked what was going to be done about it. Coincidentally I had the same sales person that sold it to us whom had the audacity to actually say "WOW Ill have to start telling people they are NEARLY indestructible from now on..." So, they contacted the manufacturer and said it broke, the manufacturer said id have to pay $50 for "shipping and handling" to get a replacement. I agreed to do so even though this wasnt a warranty issue but rather a matter of deceit on behalf of The Source. A week or two later the manufacturer sent me a replacement that was a different color, different finish and different profile. I hate it, I wear it everyday but it is a constant reminder of the unsavory business practices and lack of knowledge held by the sales staff at The Source.

My boyfriend and I have been together for about 6 years and have been planning to get engaged for some time now. We finally took the jump to go look at rings, and this was the first place we went. The "diamond expert" was, to put it kindly, cold. She seemed annoyed with us and overly focused on price, and apparently made some unwise assumptions on what we could and could not afford. I was disappointed that they only had one style of unembellished solitaire ring. Its called the Tiffany style but none of the diamonds were set nearly deep enough. I was also disappointed that they didnt have any solitaire rings with more than one carat, and that there were so few yellow gold options. I was only ever given the medium-quality diamonds to look at, as it seemed to have been decided that was the best we could afford. The rings all felt cheap and looked poorly made. If youre interested in gaudy, over the top, cheap-looking rings with poor craftsmanship, this seems to be the place to go. The "diamond expert" also left in the middle of our consultation to make a phone call, and never came back. The woman who came out to replace her just tried to pressure us into buying something right away, and then told us we were strange for having come in to look at engagement rings when we were not yet engaged. The entire experience was frustrating and disheartening. We will not return.

My fiancé and I went into the source for some needs in regards to her already purchased engagement ring as well as looking at wedding bands for myself. We were lucky enough to work with Linda S. who was very personable and fun to work with. She was able to request my fiancés ring be resized quicker than the typical time frame as we are going out of town and would really like to have it back before then. While looking at wedding bands for myself, Linda was very helpful in terms of price and and my own interests and didnt solely focus on the dollar amount of the sale. She asked a lot of questions and showed great interest in our relationship as a couple. We would recommend her to anyone and will definitely be back in to shop with her.

Last week I went into the store to pick out wedding bands with my fiancé and the sales lady was VERY helpful! My fiancé had gotten my engagement ring there and I absolutely LOVE it!!! We looked at so many bands and she really made sure we got exactly what we were looking for! She had very good advice and really had our best interests in mind.
