I have been to many many other beauty supply stores but "WOW" Beauty Supply in Reseda is worth my hour drive from Ventura every two weeks. Theres nothing like this super store of wigs in all of Ventura County. I find everything I love there and they even have products I never would have known about had I not ventured out of isolated Ventura county where its a bit slow. Youd think being just north of LA Ventura would be on it and competing with LA stores. What ever you need "WOW" has it. They have great hours too and stay open on some holidays....like july 4th. Their selection of wigs is out of this world. The employees remember you and even remember what you like and show you new styles that have come in they know youll want to try. I love wigs because to me its like part of wearing your clothes. How boring to have the same hair everyday and expect it to look good with ALL of your outfits!!!!! seriously. LOL. you have to wear hair that compliments I think anyway. I think the prices are reasonable. They offer variety of products in variety of price ranges. You wont be disappointed. Theres always ample parking in the Ralphs (now food 4less I think) shopping center on Vanoween st near Reseda Blvd in Reseda CA. Ive always been helped and greeted by smiling employees. Ive called too and I know they are busy so I make sure I have my question down to exactly what Im needing. They are very helpful. go early though if there is a holiday or event happening to get the best stuff up date....9/30/2015 I moved from Ventura County to Riverside County and I still drive over 2 hours to WOW Wigs in Reseda to get my wigs.. I have to make it an event, I keep asking them there at WW when they going to open one next door to me out in Menifee that I get run for them..Believe me I have searched everywhere for a new wig store in my area, and havent yet found another that beats Wow Wigs prices, selection and great staff. They have great hours too. They are in LA county in city of Reseda in the now very crowded San Fernando Valley.

Its like oasis in San Fernando Vally! Ive been looking for some good hair appliances and hair dyes for professional use the box ones from Target or CVS that doesnt work or last long enough.... Good thing it was open to public! I thought u have to have a cosmetology license to shop there.. So, I walked in and..... Walla~~~~!!! No wonder they named it WOW~~ lol I mean I was amazed by their hair extension and wig selections ... HUGE~~~~!!! O.O Make me wanna wear a wig or something..!!!! lol I think Ill go back to buy some wigs for myself and colloquies for the Halloween and some hairs for my mom.. Shes almost 70 and shes been losing lot of hair... * TIP: Must join the FREE membership! They sent me coupons by email!!!

I asked the employee to help me find clip in extensions. She hands me regular extensions after I pick the color. I get home open the box to find out they arent the clip ins like I asked for. I bring them back and they said I cant return or exchange them even though its their employees fault 100%... Then the manager gives me my own clips to sew in, to make the extensions clip ins. I pay someone to sew them in and the clips dont even work! I hair sprayed and back combed my hair and the clips wont stay! Terrible customer service! They dont care about their customers at all.

Huge selection and variety! So reminiscent of those typical Los Angeles area beauty supply stores but this fully stocked, well lit, orderly, technologically advanced (they have a rewards program through your phone number with cash discounts) beauty supply is right in the Valley. WOW carries everything one could imagine to accommodate your hair and overall beauty needs. I would highly recommend WOW!

read reviews about poor customer service but just left the store without a hitch to exchange some items. young lady at the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Im glad I didnt listen to the reviews and went to see for myself! Loads of selection and competitive pricing! Even though its a little far out for me, the selection is every reason to make it out there!!

Pros: Clean environment, Big Selection of products, Clearance Items Available, Exchanges available on certain items. Cons: Employees arent very knowledgeable about products, If youre not careful you can easily get overcharged (ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!) and despite most of the people that shop there are black Ive never seen a black person employed by WOW.

Great selection but lame customer service. The girls that work their are not very helpful at all. The story is massive and it can be difficult to find your way around and find what you need and absolutely no help was offered. I walked around in circles looking for eyeshadow brushes and didnt find what I needed.

Staff have become extremely rude with the growth of their business. In addition, there products are over priced. And everyone apparently wants to steal their products. EVERYONE! There are other stores in the valley such as Kings Beauty Supply. Dont patronize rude businesses.

The staff was rude but they have a variety of products. I live in Santa Clarita, which doesnt offer the versatility I need as far as hair products. They could stand to take some classes on how to deal with customers at this store.

Nice place. Pretty good selection. Needs more staff to assist guests since most wigs are in back storage room. There is a wig stylist on site also. Not many hair products. I will be visiting again.
