Worst store ever!!!! The store manager of Sallys Beauty Supply "ROSALINDA" offended my sister and refused to accept a gift card because supposedly "it might be stolen" and humiliated her infront of everyone in the store. She charged her for the products Then didnt gave her a receipt and make her signed it She refused to give her the products she just purchased with the " stolen gift card"(if it was stolen then why use it!???) Then i went to make a report and she started yelling, admitting she humiliated my sister and said " what report are you gonna make? i dont know what are you talking about!!, whatever you do its your word against mine!! OMG i was about to punch her but I DO HAVE MANNERS and EDUCATION!!! PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS STORE!! La manager de la tienda Sallys Beauty Supply "ROSALINDA" ofendio a mi hermana y le rechazo una targeta de regalo porque supuestamente "puede ser robada" y la humillo enfrente de todos en la tienda. La MANAGER de la tienda le cobro por los productos Luego le hizo pagar por los productos, le hizo firmar el recivo Al final no le dio los productos que mi hermana compro con la "targeta robada" ( si fue robada para que la utilizo) Despues de que me entere fui a reclamarme y hacer un reporte, ROSALINDA me empezo a gritonear, admitiendo que ella abia humillado a mi hermana y me dijo" que reporte quieres hacer? no se de que estas ablando!!, Lo que sea que vas acer es tu palabra contra la mia!!!" dios mio estaba apunto de golpearla pero YO SI TENGO modeales eh educacion!! PORFAVOR NO BAYAN A ESTA TIENDA!!

I dont know the older woman with the big hairs name, but Im going to reference her as the older woman with the big, jet black hair... RUDE. I accidentally dropped a bottle of oil product on the floor. I walked to the front to to let her know, and walked back to the spill to make sure no one walks in it. In short, I tell her I dropped it, apologize; she cleans it, returns to the counter to the counter to ring me up. Her first question "So no [oil product I spilled] for you?" I reply no because I need to do a bit more research on the ingredients -__- I bought 2 items, BOTH of which were a $1 off, as she tells me the total, I notice its without the sale. I politely remind her, and she takes it off of 1 item. I politely ask her, isnt it $1 off EACH item? She confirms, does something to the register and responds "is that better for you?" -__- I quickly let her know that I dont need it to be better for me, I just want the correct price! To which she stumbles on jumbled words and finally blurts out "not a problem maam." As Im grabbing my bag, I apologize AGAIN for the spill to which she IGNORES and greets a (obviously frequent) customer. I just looked at her, shook my head and walked out. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Rosalinda is the rudest, ive been in her multiple times, shes very rude, does not smile. She doesnt know the first thing about customer service. I definitley will drive to the other side of town to avoid coming to this sallys. I called corporate on her because apparently she hates her job.

The older lady with the curly hair from the 90s is so rude, Ive been there twice and both times she has been rude, bad customer service I go to another one further away even though this one is closer just for that reason, she has a bad attitude seems bitter obviously hates her job..

Its a small store but I always find everything I need. Girls in the store are always very helpful and recognize me since I go there often for all my hair needs and my husbands razors. Rosalinda, the Manager is also friendly and helpful as well.

Its a great store but theres a manger there who is kinda not pleased working there. She has a pretty mean attitude that caused my daughter to want to leave. The store is great the other cashier are great to. Just a bad manger named Rosalinda.
