When ever I go in to this walgreens, I am greeted with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are always willing to come and help you, most of the time, I dont need to ask for help, because someone is always there, ready to help. I also enjoy my experience on the way out the door, I want to give Jessica her props for helping me find everything I need. Thanks to all the west Yakima avenue walgreens and Jessica. Sincerely. Dropped off my prescription told it would be done in 45 minutes.. show up an hour later Im told its still not done they need another 20 minutes. pretty inconvenient when I have an 8 month old who needs a nap and Im in an extreme amount of pain... horrible service in the pharmacy

Never on time with any of my of my medications and I have psych meds that cant be skipped and they are always a week late for refills due to the lack of participation in calling the Dr.s. I hope in time they will be more convenient an mindful in their future...
