I am writing this review because apparently "other customers" want to make outrageous claims about sprint corporate on nob hill as well as the sprint in union gap, I am talking to you "Blake Wilson". You are sad and pathetic and sound more like a really pissed off us cell or Verizon rep who is mad sprint is taking all there customers with the 50% off plans and your loosing sales hmmm wonder why huh lets charges double and triple for the same phones and service and rip consumers off in the mean time huh "Blake Wilson". Sprint has the best customer service out of any other carrier in town and I have had them all believe me ATT Verizon and US cell are all rip offs and I was paying 500 a month for 5 phones now Im paying 220 a month for 5 phones and the same service. Blake your are an idiot point blank and I wouldnt be doing this until I saw you go and talk bad about both stores, for one closing 3 minutes before 8? Boo Hoo lets be that guy who shows up 2 mins before a store closes and expects them to want to stay overnight with an idiot like you really? I mean you must be the kind of idiot that goes to places right before they close and expect a red carpet huh because those workers must not have kids or families theyd like to go see after work but theyd rather be with an idiot customer like you? And another thing if you hate sprint so much leave! You claim to know things so hey dont you know other companies will buy you out so you can go join them all I hear is I cant wait till my contact this and that no you must be scared to leave sprint so you can go double and triple pay for the same phones and serivce knowing dam well you could have left by now and had it paid for, I hate sprint but I cant leave them huh? Definition of a true idiot this Blake Wilson take it from a happy customer whos saving easily 300 a month sprint is the Yakima valley is on point and in every city boo Hoo if you have to use your free roaming in the mountains why dont you just go pay the extra 200-300 a month jus to be able to make the same call on another network idiot but thats right you love sprint thats why your still there! You sound more like a other carrier rep whos mad there losing customers and losing money to a company like sprint. When people read my review they will know what real happy customers are saying and saving and not selfish for throwing tantrums when someone closed the door 1 min early so they could prolly go home and see there family cause and idiot like Blake waits at home all day and wants to show up 30 seconds before the door closes then come on here and bad mouth both stores in town because the world revolves around you right? Can you hear that? Can you hear me now? Join sprint for the best savings from any carrier and join sprint because those people who actually work there like saving there customers money and bragging about it to them when they switch trust me these Blake Wilson pre madonnas will always look from a reason to say something bad about people but thats right the world revolves around him, thanks sprint for being good to us and all the money you have saved us Blake are you still here? Oh thats right you are you should thank sprint too before you go pay double and triple what your paying now and then end up like one of those customers who ends up Imon prepaid cause they couldnt afford the extra 300 a month do us the favor thank you

They closed 3 mins before the closing time. Terrible service! Cant wait til contact is up to go somewhere else that has better customer service. And to top that there were two employees inside starring at me trying to open the door and mouth the word oops. Sign says 10-8. I guess we can close at 7:57. As well as the service around city (Yakima) is terrible. My friends with us cellular and Verizon are way faster and more reliable on connection and customer care. I had us cellular and I wish I had stayed with them. I had the best service, best phones, and above and beyond great customer service. Only came to sprint because they had a great deal and my older brother said they were really good. But I soon realized he doesnt travel as much as I do. So, with that said. I hope you enjoy your sprint experience. I wont be coming back to them in the future after this contacts up.

Romerio was a fantastic salesperson, not only did he go out of his way to help us with new phones he ended up helping us save a lot of money by purchasing our phones online vs through the store. He did not have go the extra mile he did to walk us through the process online which had been very frustrating until dealing with him. Thank you for the great service.

Been waiting on my phone for 8 weeks!!! Every time I go in there its the same story they cant see anything. Every time I go in there they dont wanna help just tell u how u can call and this and that been with sprint for 12 years thinking of going to Verizon or atnt now!

I liked the representative that I talked to, and I was glad that they had someone available to help even though they seemed busy. The phones are live devices, not plastic shells. Not a wide variety of cell phone accessories though.

They were incredibly obnoxious and unhelpful. Dont go here. Instead go to the "connected wireless" store in union gap a few minutes away. The drive is worth it, theyre SIGNIFICANTLY better

Customer service is terrible. This is why I left Sprint. Their in store service as well as their phone service is one of the worst. Their phone selection is very limited.
