Ridiculously incompetent pharmacists. I had to go without my meds for a week because they couldnt even figure out how to fax the right doctor. After telling us they received no communication from my doctor, it turns out they were faxing a hospital in Concord that I was at 2 months ago, who was not even supplying my meds. They were supposed to fax my doctor in town. Like, how do you even do it that wrong? We were calling them everyday for a week wondering where my meds are, and they said it was all my doctors fault. It is just absolutely APPALLING how incompetent they are honestly. It is a problem every single month getting my meds. This isnt a one time thing, its something like this every. Single. Month. Do NOT go here if you can help it, because youre gonna have a problem.

The pharmacy has had an exceedingly large number of instances of shortage of pills in prescriptions I myself have been shorted 3 times and was proven correct all three times. Others have been shorted as well, there is verified also. Theyve had at least two pharmacists quit. But the staff around the general area of the store are nice, friendly and helpful and the majority of the staff in the pharmacy are friendly and helpful as well. But that is just my experience. The best way for you to decide about the store is to visit it and form your own opinion. You may love it or you may hate it, but either way it is yours to decide. PS, their ice cream is super yummy LOL.

First we were told they couldnt fill a prescription because the doctor number wasnt correct, told us they called the doctors office, when they never actually did, then the Pharmacist refused to fill a prescription because we are not "regular customers" Who have at least 1 prescription filled each month there. He was incredibly rude, and refused to give us the managers information so we can lodge a complaint.

RiteAid provided terrible customer service and was unwilling to assist us in calling other RiteAids to find an MD ordered RX. We went across the street to Bob Greenlys Pharmacy where we received a warm welcome and they filled the RX in just 15 min. Dont use RiteAid.

On almost every occasion, they say " have you ever had scripts filled with rite aid before? We dont see that you have." When we have used rite aid for well over 10 years. They lack customer service or any kind of friendliness needed in the retail industry.
