Decent prices for the quality of furniture. HOWEVER, their delivery system is the worst I have ever experienced. When I ordered my sofas I also ordered a table set. I was told the table that would be in Wednesday and then deilevered with my couches. Wednesday comes and they bring the wrong couches because the salesman had put the order in for the wrong color. So I didnt receive my couches until Thursday, then I was told that I have to contact American Freight for my tables. I call American Freight and was told that my tables (which i have paid for in full at the time i also purchased my couches) wont be available until next Tuesday, but they will be deilvered Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes. So i call Wednesday (Now its a week later) and Im assured that my tables will be delivered that day, that the deilevery men JUST DECIDED NOT TO TAKE my order to my house the previous day, but i am assured that they will be deilvered once the deilevery men return. THEN, I receive a call later saying that my tables wont even be IN STOCK until NEXT Tuesday. (which will be 2 weeks now!) But if i dont want to wait i can simply pick out some tables from the ones they have in stock. If i wanted those tables i would have paid for them, but i dont, i prefer to receive the tables i already paided for. So if you purchase from American Freight, be prepared to be told what you want to hear versus what is actually happening with the deilivery of the product you purchased. I highly recommend picking up your own purchases or have very low expectations for a timely delivery.

I wouldve given this place not even 1 star if this was upto me. My wife checked this place out 4 days ago and selected 2 sofas and got pricing for both. She followed up with the sales rep Freddy and made an appointment to pick up 1 sofa today. When we got here and picked up the sofa we were told that the price is $100.00 more as they got some more stock for the same sofa. It sounded absolutely absurd and we asked Freddy to get the sofa for us for the price that was committed. He went and spoke with his manager Ladon, came back and said the price cant be the same as committed before. Then the Assistant Manager Kristin stepped in and for the position shes in she is the rudest manager Ive ever seen. God knows whos appointed her as an assistant manager but I hope someone responsible reads this review and does something. I would NOT AT ALL recommend this place to anyone. Oh, by the way, later when they couldnt argue about the price anymore she said that they dont even have the sofa in stock. We had called ahead and made sure that the sofa is available, and now after NOT helping up they said that the sofa is not in stock. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANNA BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!

Havent done business with American Freight on Forsyth in Orlando in about two and a half years. The prior Staff used to be awesome. The management (Phenix) was a little lagging. But, she got the job done and I always walked away happy. This is more that I can say about the new staff at this location. The manager (Krystal) has been "looking" into a few problems Im having with my sectional sofa. Its going on two - two and a half weeks and still no answer. I just get told they are still waiting on corporate to call them back. I called today to see if she was working and if she had an answer for me. The staff member that answered the phone was polite at first, said the manager was off today and asked if he could help me with anything. Once I started to tell him what was going on, he cut me off and stated (Sharply) "oh well thats something shell have to help you with! " Then hung up on me! I couldnt believe the treatment I had just received. Ill NEVER deal with them again!

I purchased 6 months ago a wood bunk bed for my kids at a reasonable price at American Freight off of Forsyth Rd, Winter Park. But dont be fooled by these guys, after I purchased the bed there was a $60 extra cost that no one told me about for the delivery company that is not supposedly associated with them for delivering. So they come drop everything off and leave did not assemble because it would be extra to do so. This morning 5/18/2017 the wood frame under the bed broke when my son was climbing out of it so I went ahead and called, because I payed for a Guardian Protction Plan. They routed me to an 1800 number where they said they will be able to help. The person who took the called reviewed the situation and came up with this mess about because it was normal use my plan would not be able to cover. So please be careful with places like this so you dont become a victim as well.

This is my second time buying from American Freight - the first time I purchased a recliner from their Tallahassee store. This time around I was searching for a dining room set on a budget. Phoenix was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction, and she hung back while I looked around the warehouse. She was not pushy in any way which I appreciated (I cant stand those salespeople who follow you around the entire store), and she was great about answering my questions. I found a great set that is well made for a great price. Im very pleased with my experience and looking forward to returning in the future!

The place is a little hard to find - there are billboards and signs saying where to turn, but the actual building doesnt have "American Freight" written on it. The salespeople were helpful and friendly. I told them I saw a bed set I liked and was going to continue browsing other stores. They checked to see if that bed set was even in stock and it wasnt, so they offered me a better set at the same price (<$300) and I couldnt turn it down. Mattress and box are brand-new, it seems, and I hope theyll last me!

Honestly the worst experience buying furniture ,I set a layaway for a master room set and when I pay the full amount for the set they didnt have all the pieces,so not I have to wait , is the second time I buy something on layaway in this place , first time was a living room set ,sh** I wait 3 months for the delivery ,I will never spend my money in this dump again .too bad I have to give them one star because this place doesnt even deserve half of star! Dont waste your time or money in this dump!

I bought a bed which was hurting my back so I called them to find out what the return policy was, to my surprise the bed was recalled so I qualified to get another bed of the same brand or better. Krystal the assistant manager walked me through the process of the warranty claim and helped me even pick out a new bed. I was so happy with the outcome, thank you for your assistance and Ill continue to send business to you.
