If I could put zero stars to this place I would. I really encourage people to Google this places before going, and read the opinions. The staff here is just a bunch of scammers and liars. I am having such pain in the neck because of my order not being deliver and its been A MONTH I paid in FULL. The manager who does the order has been telling me lies, lies, and lies and kept pushing me around. His argument: manufactures got lazy because of the holidays and that bigger companies take up to six weeks to deliver?? Why tell me that now after they swear I will get my furniture next week after the payment? Two bedroom sets and a dinning table set, and I received the dinning set missing my armed chairs. For one of the bedroom set they decided to tell me two weeks after I paid that some pieces are discontinued. Pissed but calmed I asked for the refund on that set, and they denied. Is that even possible? They didnt tell me such a thing, and I did definitely did not sign any paper stating that clause. Anyways, his solution, pick some cheap furniture from his local manufacturer if I didnt want to wait that long. Rejected. I paid for furniture I wanted, not furniture he wanted to force me to have it. Here I am, at this point waiting for my furniture I picked from the same manufacturer as my previous set because of the so-called no refund policy, and I still dont get the master bedroom and this new changed set bedroom.. I just want my refund really. I dont know what to do. I am frustrated. I came from New York with the hopes of enjoying my recently purchased house and hence this problem. I really advise you people. READ THIS REVIEWS, they are lifesavers and headache savers. DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!!

I want to start with I asked for brand new sofa and love seat and they delivered the floor model all dirty and broken. It had scratches and little holes from moving furniture around. It took them 3 weeks to get the replacement and all they did was throw it in the livingroom... unassembled furniture, pieces of furniture. Never in my life did I ever get pieces of unassembled furniture. When I asked the delivery guy he says he doesnt assemble. When I call the store they tell me thats what I asked for new in the box furniture. That I did not request assembly, Do I have to ask for assembly ? Ive bought so much furniture in my life time from the big companies and I have never had to request assembly I did not even know that was an option,

Prices are good but these people are not serious and very irresponsible. Id rather pay a little bit more somewhere else and get a good service. Do not buy here. We were missing the night stand with the bedroom set and after calling and calling and asking for more than 3 weeks I picked it up at the store and my love was out of the city and when we opened it they said we had to call within 72 hours and they said they were not going to try to help us because of the bad review I wrote about 2 weeks ago and I just made this update. These people are very unprofessional and insensitive. Do not waste your time and money.

This place is HORRIBLE. The staff Michelle and Clint are VERY DISHONEST! DO yourself a favor and stay far away from the crooks!!!!!
