I want to thank Mr. Sidney for his help and generosity. My husband and I found ourselves in a financial crisis and were forced to sell our furniture that we loved and paid a lot of money for less than 2 years ago. When Mr. Sidney spoke with me about purchasing the furniture and found out that we needed the money before Monday morning to keep our Electricity on Mr. Sidney arranged to have the furniture picked up on, Sunday, a day when they are closed. Not only did Mr. Sidney arranged the pick up on Sunday, but he responded to all our calls and emails, during his time in Church. He also was extremely generous and fare in the amount of money he gave us for the furniture even when he couldnt take the Entertainment Center because it was too big to fit in his store, and after closer examination of the furniture and finding several flaws. We also want to thank the wonderful couple that came on a Sunday to pick the furniture up. They were very professional and understanding of our personal situation. And extremely careful not to damage or break other furniture and collectibles in our home. We totally recommend that you visit this store to buy or sell. Catherine

So glad I decided to purchase through you guys! After 3 times of visiting (because Im so picky) I decided to make my final decision on my 4th visit. Price is always a factor but quality was bigger for me, customer service is what kept me going back and Im so glad I did. Normally I like shopping without a sales rep harrasing me, shadowing me throughout my time of browsing or trying to convince me into buying something Ive made clear isnt in my interest ... but not this company! Reps are amazing here and their assistance was more than simply assisting. I felt like they truly wanted to make me happy verses just trying to make another sale for their commission. Pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding, I highly recommend them!! Process was simple and speedy. I was being assisted while customers were coming in and out of the store with questions and it surprised me how impeccable Sydneys multi tasking skills were (great service can be hard to come by). Sydney and another gentleman who normally works weekends are both equally awesome. Thank you so much, and I look forward to my next purchase in the near future!

We drove around all day looking for a nice sofa set. Finally we came to Orlando Furniture Exchange and we were warmly greeted by two gentleman, one I believe was the manager. Joe, the sales associate, was very kind and professional and guided us through the entire process. We were given the option of leasing it for 90 days, no interest if paid in full. Instead, I paid with credit card to avoid the $53 fee and Joe gave me a student discount upon revealing my student ID! He was absolutely awesome and I hope hes there when you come in! We were promised delivery no later than Tuesday (today is Saturday)! Quick delivery, amazing customer service, unbeatable pricing, and the couch we chose was so soft and extremely large which is what we desired. Dont go anywhere else!

My fiance and I just moved down to FL and had almost given up hope on finding quality affordable furniture in the area. We found Orlando Furniture Exchange almost by accident and decided to swing by. We found high quality furniture at a very affordable price. The only thing that was better quality than the furniture is the quality of the service. The owner was the only one there while we were there and there were no high pressure sales, only answers to questions we had. We were able to get our furniture delivered for free the same day. I will definitely be recommending this hidden gem to all of my friends.

I loved the experience I gained from shopping here. Def painless and worth it. If you arent in the mood to fish through ads on Craigslist with people who are selling beat up items and especially if you dont have a truck this is where you need to shop. Quick fast and easy. Options available to look at when you go to location. And very fast delivery. In my case took less the 3 hours to have the sectional delivered. Oh it was delivered at no extra charge to me !!! I def recommend it I def will shop again Take my word and dont waste your time going anywhere else. You wont regret it

I had a really great experience throughout the entire time I was furniture shopping. Sydney really made sure that I got exactly what I wanted in my price range. It also didn’t take up my entire day. I told him what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and the date I wanted delivered and within minutes he made it happen. I couldn’t be any happier! I would recommend this company to anyone. Oh and BTW I am also an Interior Designer, so I deal with furniture salesman on a daily basis and again, he was the most professional!

I had been looking for an inexpensive sectional and searched all over Orlando - thankfully, I finally found these guys. I called up to make sure what I wanted was still there at 5pm, saw it in the store at 6pm and had it in my living room by 7:15. To say these guys are fast is an understatement! My boyfriend and I purchased a brand sectional from Oviedo Furniture Exchange in November . Sidney was suppose to come back within that same week to fix the sectional orientation to correct side and never came . Mind you are apartment is located less than 3 minutes from the furniture store . Not mention the sectional is already falling apart . Very disappointed

Sidney did a FANTASTIC job helping us find the perfect sectional couch set within our budget and giving us student discounts! They offer FREE delivery within a certain radius and the catalog offers a variety of well priced options, especially if you dont find anything in store. Best used furniture store in East Orlando. There is a wide variety of items to choose from in their showroom. The staff is great and willing to work with you. They also offer free delivery, which is super helpful. Owner/manager is really easy to reach via email, text or phone.
