Terrible customer service and horrible store structure. They most certainly racially profile... As I walked in I noticed two associates currently entertaining customers. However there was no acknowledgment or greetings towards me or a simple, please sit here and ill be right with you. So i figured they really were busy and proceeded to view the selections. About 15 minutes later a white couple walked in, they were greeted and a third associate ran out the back and offered assistance. Also, All the sales and clearance items are in the back and your not allowed in there without an associate, so you can see how some are privledge in this establishment. So i left and went to another store with better service. I was hoping to furnish my new apartment and i work in IT and boy do i have money to spend.

There was a great selection of new and used furniture and they lease out furniture too. I got a set of 4 chairs in excellent condition for a good deal to go with a table I already had. Curtis was wonderful and was able to answer all my questions. CORT made furniture shopping easy and pleasant! It will be the first place I go to when I need furniture again.
