On the surface, everything was great. Great deals, great people, everyone was extremely nice. It turned once I had the furniture delivered though. Sofa and love seat were two different colors, brown sofa, green love, red lamps instead of black (after the entail color change from beige) and instead of two end tables and a coffee table, they tried to deliver a kitchen table. Now they were very nice and seemed extremely sorry about the mix up which I can understand human error but now, 4 days later, I have to take time of from work to wait for the second delivery that was guaranteed at 10am and get a call at 12 saying that since it started raining (at 11:30ish) they refuse to deliver. Everything being delivered is covered in plastic or in boxes and its delivered in a closed truck so whats the problem? Now they want to reschedule tomorrow and disrupt another day of mine and if I ever do get my furniture, all Ill have as compensation for my time and aggravation is an apologetic "sorry". Friendly and cheap service is great, if you actually get the service that is. At this point Id have rather spent the extra couple grand on a better place and actually have my furniture right now.

I was in the store for no more than 3mins. to ask about a bedroom set I had just seen at another store. They offered to compare prices & when they noticed the HUGE difference from what i had on my phone (from the other store) to what they were asking for, he said, "go buy it with them" totally shut me out. Didnt even let me explain that the other store charged a lot in delivery and wanted to know what they would be willing to work out, I left right away. I have NO NEED to leave my hard earned money in a place thats not going to provide quality customer service. Extremely unprofessional! I ended up going to the other store, just received my delivery today, could not be happier! From my experience, I would not recommend this store at all!
