As I came In the store I was greeted by Teon,he was very very plesant and willing to help me,I was very unsure of what I wanted but I was sure of my budget and how many pieces that I could possibly get, I told him my favorite color(gray)from that point on we walked around and he showed me a few pieces!he was of very great help explanning the furniture I also was pleased with the protection package as well he had a lot of patience with me he was very sure of what he was doing he wasnt about making a dollar he was trying to make sure I was pleased with everything before making a purchase.I thought delivery would take at least 2 weeks nope he was gonna have me get it in 3 days but I said no 7 days.i just had to write a review he will be the reason I would wanna come back again his services was greatly appreciated thank you very much

My mother is moving from her apartment of 30 years. She wants a fresh start with all new furniture and accessories. We went to all the local furniture stores and our last stop was Ashley Furniture of Northfield. We were greeted by Teon Cash who welcomed us and showed us the layout of the store. He was attentive and was available to answer all of our questions. My mother found a sectional that she absolutely loves, in the color that she loves and it was available for immediate delivery within her budget. Teon assisted with assuring the dimensions would fit our space and was very patient with my mother who is a senior citizen. Thank you Ashley Furniture & Teon Cash!!! We will return for all of our home furnishing needs!

After careful research and shopping around I opted to purchase a few pieces from this location. I needed a specific delivery by date. When the items arrived Not only was it the incorrect sofa color but it also was not a sofa bed. The sales manager didnt seem to really care. He made a few phone calls but his personality on the phone just did not reflect the wonderful personality of the sales staff. He didnt seem very apologetic at all. I I spent a lot of money on the different pieces I purchase and the last thing I want to do is now having to purchase an air mattress to cover their mistake. I would definitely see the sales person at another store but not under this manager again.

Went in to shop around and see what they had, ended up buying a new living room and bed! Teon was our sales rep and was very helpful though our whole experience. We asked about a million questions about every piece of furniture we looked at. He was able to answer all of our questions, from does this come in another color, too the durability of the cushions of the couches we were looking at. I would recommend going to Ashley Furniture, great staff, prices, and furniture. Teon was such a great help and we cant thank him enough for his patience and extensive product knowledge!

Outstanding service. .My wife and I were greeted by a Mr. Teon Cash. He explained to us the sale promotion and my finance options. Unlike other furniture stores, I didnt feel pressured, hounded, and overwhelmed. Mr. Cash had a warm & pleasant presence, and was very knowledgeable about the products. In turn, we invested a little more than anticipated. Teon made making my shopping experience so much easier. He was very helpful and honest while picking out a bed set. He gave his honest opinion on the quality of furniture and what my best options would be. I purchased a mattress with boxspring, the 10-year warranty mattress protector, a furniture bed and the matching dresser. The mattress is amazing and the everything looks so nice together. I was very happy with my overall experience. I would definitely recommend going to ashley furniture.

After learning I was moving to DE she still helped me with all my questions and spent a lot of time with me, she helped me break down all the things I needed for my first move. We recently purchased a new bed for our master bedroom. Teon Cash assisted us when we got there and was a great help. He double checked to make sure we were getting the sale price and helped us get box springs as well. He made the entire purchase run very smoothly. He also followed up to let us know when the bed would be delivered and called again afterwards to see how the installation went. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Today, my wife and I purchased a sectional sofa/love-seat and an accompanying chair at the Ashley store in Northfield, N.J. with the help of Teon Cash. He was most helpful, no pressure and very well informed, both of the furniture lines and options. He offered an extended warranty several times pointing out the advantages, but did not pressure me to buy. I will return to this store again and hope to contact Teon with future purchases.
