Dont WASTE YOUR TIME! My furniture wasnt assembled properly, there were missing pieces, and to top it off everything is UNDER a year old and already showing wear and tear and I BARELY use them! Im always working as is my fiancé. Lets talk about customer service: (First let me say I spent over $4000.00 dollars in there.) The guy helping me treated myself and my fiancé as if we entered in asking for the cheapest items possible. It was the complete opposite, I asked for the top of the line Im everything I was looking to purchase. We DID NOT HAVE his full and undivided attention, he tried to rush the sale, didnt show any interest in truly HELPING us find what we wanted. He then said because we purchased 3 rooms of furniture he wanted to give me something complimentary, he proceeded to tell his assistant to take a candle holder (WHICH WAS BROKEN) sitting on one of the tables and wrap it up for me. I said no thank you, and should have just andsked for me money back! Please just dont waste your time with these people, they pick and choose who they cater to. A cop walked in during my time with the sales man and he just walked away and attended to him when he had 2 other employees there to assist. I can go on about my horrible experience but I think this says enough. They should have a negative rating system for places like this!

Worst experience I have ever had. Will never recommend this business to anyone. They give you the run around. Charge you for furniture and do not give you all the pieces. Tell you things in the store about specific products and tell you that is what you will get and then change their story. Horrible customer service. Not very knowledgeable about the products. You spend almost $8000 there and she doesnt have the decency to tell you parts are backed ordered. Then you talk to a guy on the phone and he ends the conversation with "then we will be done with you." Great way to get and keep customers. You get six stories from three different people. All trying to cover up their mistakes. Absolutely terrible. Do not go here. Do not buy anything from them. Once we get all our pieces fixed and delivered we will be done with them.

I agree with most of the reviews. The place is being run by Kiki (when she is there) and a young lady (who has actually been very helpful). I purchased a furniture set there two years ago. Kiki promised I would not get the floor model, but when I went back into the store a few weeks later, the same sectional was gone. I purchased a warranty because when I sat down on it last night (I am no more than 124 lb), I heard a "crack" and the middle of the sofa sank in. The frame snapped. I called and spoke to Kiki but she told me to call the "800" number and that it was probably a one year warranty. It is a five-year warranty. She also never calls you back and you have to go into the store to track her down. I hate to say this, but I wouldnt give her store a one star. Poorly run business.

Just as the previous person stated. Very nice to get you in there to buy their furniture, otherwise a total wasted of time. They didnt answer their phone for days, had to drive up there to find out the status of the furniture. Upon arrival, I come to find out that they didnt have my living room set. They had my kitchen set. I cancelled the living room order and was refunded my money. Upon delivery of the Kitchen set, all the pieces were not there. The delivery men even stated that this happens all the time. I refused all of the pieces. She returned all but the delivery fee back!??? I am in the process of filing legal documents now

I worked for her and I can say this place is the most f#€led up store I have ever work for She has a big German Shepard she lets run around the store after hours and lets him piss and s#it everywhere and leaves it there for her workers to clean up the next morning and has the nerve to sell floor models as new She gets a huge discount to buy furniture for floor models to show customers and she sells them as brand new I got fired just cause I told her what she was doing was wrong And I was gonna tell the customers the truth if they asked me(almost everyone asked)

They certainly took my money fast enough but once the mattresses were paid in full 575.00 they refused to deliver. John who I thought was decent and who along with Kiki took my money and REFUSED REPEATEDLY to deliver THREW OUT HER DELIVERY COPY then told me to "prove it.". This is no way to do business. Got on the bus with "John" and called him a liar. So is she. Also a thief! Do not do Business with this moral imbecile. Her employees are shady because Kiki is shady.

if youve read any of the previous reviews, they are ALL RIGHT!. in a nutshell the business is shady. yes, you have to hunt down kiki to get answers about your order. yes, everyone tells you a different story when you make an inquiry. yes, the delivery guys are rude nasty people that are ALWAYS late, refuse to assemble the stuff, tend to break stuff, leaves the packaging trash in front of your home, and have the F#@&!^6 NERVE TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE. avoid this headache!

Do NOT buy furntiure from this place. Most unprofessional business Ive ever dealt with. The employees provide false information, they always tell you they will call you back-no one ever does! Ive had to make a few trips to the store to see the status of my order. And even when you are there they arent help. All in all this place should not exist because it is run so poorly and the people are morons! save yourself the aggrivation.

I love Kiki. She is awesome. She did have a problem with some employees who were shady, but has since fixed the problem. She gives great deals and I have bought furniture from her for years for myself and my clients and the furniture is still standing. She even has given me freebies for being such a loyal customer!

Just like all the other people, this place is the worst. They appear to be very nice when you enter to purchase. I received my peace and it was assembled to tight and the drawers was very rusted. I can go on and on but why..........

This is a small walk up furniture store on Cottman Avenue no parking except street parking metered was greeted warmly however the sign on the door said no photographs so youll need to visit if you want to see whats there
