I had the worst experience with the purchase of some counter stools at the store. I saw plenty of stools online very inexpensive and free shipping. But wanted "to sit on it" in order to make a decision. This is the only reason I came to this store . I thought to myself, "if I like how they feel, I dont care how much they cost, I will get them!" and I did. I went to the show room got the chair from display - nobody even asked me for help - and sat on it for awhile. I liked it. I called the salesperson, showed her the chair and said this is what I want - in color red. Done. We went upstairs she showed me the chairs on the picture (they looked the same), gave me the price, charged me for delivery and assembly - $100 - not too shabby! But I said to myself, I dont care , I sat on it, I liked it - who knows what they sell on line... they delivered next Friday - but the wrong chairs - and they trying to convince me that is what I wanted. The chairs they delivered - they dont have them in their showroom! So the long story short - they said they will charge me $190 restocking fee - for their mistake!! They are trying to pin it on me - that I ordered the chairs on the picture - listen if you are shown the picture by the salesperson and the salesperson tells you these are the same ones that sitting in the showroom - who am I to argue, right? not one but two salespeople came and said these are the same ones, but when I brought the chair to the store to compare with the one they had in the showroom, they said I ordered them, I picked them from the picture... And this the worst thing - nobody wants to hear what I have to say. They started blaming me for ordering chairs from the picture and never stopped to think…People, if I wanted a chair on the picture, why would I come to their store, overstock and amazon and wayfair - they all have them, cheaper and with no delivery charges. PLEASE stay away from this store if you respect yourself - the prices are not good and the quality of the products in the store nothing to sneeze at and of course the main thing - CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The "only" (her own words) manager of the Store Wanda - no last name ("I dont have to give you my last name LADY" - again her quote!) What an attitude! What a demeanor!!! Finally, they made an offer "we will keep 25% of your money plus 100% of delivery money and you will have of the money you gave us credit and youd better hurry, we can change our mind very easily" (again, quote... And this is for their own mistake of ordering the wrong chairs that look like what I wanted but NOT the ones they have in their showroom. Great set up - I made a mistake but you are paying for it... I am giving the store one star - and only because there is no minus 10

OMG!!!! Ive never met a sales person like Wanda. Shes the BEST EVER!!!! Wanda offered me quick fast service!!!! When I told her about the items I was seeking to purchase. She went above and beyond the call of duty to locate the exact furniture I LOVE!!!! When my delivery was ordered she called me to let me know the exact date I would receive my items. When my items came in earlier than expected, Wanda called me to let me know my delivery was at the store.She showed me books while she located the items on the computer. Very personable and she gets the job done. I will most definitely refer my friends and family to this store. I will definitely shop with Wanda again in the near future!!! Thanks Wanda for being a GREAT Person to SHOP with :-))))

Worst furniture company Ive ever dealt with. The delivery guys had an attitude, and complained about being there for the job, just as a starter. They damaged the furniture during the delivery, and had an attitude when talking about repairs. It took almost a month for a repair tech to come out, but they didnt do anything, and said they would need to come back, due to a lack of replacement parts. ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE AGAIN! Reporting them to the BBB, and state attorney general.

A big thank you to Wanda (Store Manager) and Mila (Salesperson) for making my shopping experience absolutely amazing! These ladies were not only courteous and very professional they are also extremely knowledgeable. Most stores just rush you in and out. This is not the case with HG. They take their time to make sure you are totally satisfied. I will definitely be coming back and also telling my family and friends about this great furniture location.

I live in western NY and needed to purchase a china buffet for my mother who lives at an independent living facility in Northeast Philly. The store manager Wanda was incredibly helpful. She so totally went above and beyond anything I could have imagined so that the piece could be delivered in time for my moms move to a new apartment. And she treated my mother like her own. What incredible service - thank you Wanda.

The sales crew "Wanda" was wonderful. They gave me premiere customer service and great prices. Wanda went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I was very impress with her services. The service manager that wad doing the delivery was horrible. He was rude and nasty. I believe his name was Craig. Once again sales crew Wanda came to the rescue.

Pricing was straight forward without any hidden fees or warranty charges. I will be returning in the near future to finish furnishing my new place.

Please stay away from this furniture store. Wanda is very rude and their customer service sucks. They will tell you they will deliver your furniture quickly but once the money is in their pockets they will change up and switch things around. Wanda gets away with treating customers like dirt because its her mans store.
