I purchased a sofa and loveseat from Sharell about 4 years ago along with a warranty plan for the set. Sharell was so amazing that I went back about a year later to buy a small kitchen table and she was gone! I was so upset that she was no longer with the company and didnt have such a great experience as I did the first time. When my sofa was damaged recently I had to go back to this store to have it replaced with the warranty (which is the only reason I went back) and to my surprise she was back!!!! Sharell is the sweetest person I have ever dealt with in purchasing furniture. She will go above and beyond and make sure you are informed of status updates and availability every step of the way. I cannot expresss how happy I am to be able to deal with her at Best Buy Furniture. I love that she is so patient and she dont mind helping in giving her honest opinion when asked. I will forever follow her and send anyone I know to her to Buy Furniture. If you are in need of new furniture and are planning on buying from Best Buy do yourself a favor and ask for Sharell!!! You will not be let down. She is literally amazing!! I am sooooooo happy she is back. I will go to Best Buy Furniture to purchase stuff as long as Sharell is there to help me!

Dont buy any furniture from these guys, they deliver very cheap quality furniture for low price, Very hectic delivery, they never listen you and while install mess your furniture. They didnt deliver my Furniture on time, then I went to BBB and they started file a lawsuit, then they delivered after 12 months. Already started one in NE Philadelphia, please try to avoid these folks

Just purchased furniture for my whole entire house. Great service and very nice merchandise. The staff is very friendly and is able to work with anyones budget. The owner was so nice he decided to not charge me for the delivery and set up charge. 100 percent coming back
