Working with the employees/managers at this location has been nothing but frustration. We were repeatedly misled & lied to following our purchase. Our items were shipped later than promised, were incorrect upon arrival & when we contacted the Turnersville staff, they were rude & unhelpful. To resolve my issue, they insisted I take used floor items. We continue to have issues with our "quality" (just expensive) items and have moved on to contacting corporate directly. I will never shop at this location, or likely from this brand, and advise others to stay away.

I mean you get what you pay for! This is Quality Stuff that will last a while... with discount shops you will be replacing it in a year or two trust me. This is no different then any other Lay-z-Boy they are all the same... People are nice tho
