On 12/27/16 we put a $150 non-refundable deposit on two sofas. We were assisted by the owner, Jeffrey Cofsky. We returned the following day with a U-Haul truck and were met with employee, Antwan (Mr. Cofsky was not in that day). While we looked around the showroom, Antwan announced to us that he was going to lie down to rest and proceeded to stretch out on one of the other sofas in the showroom and put his feet up (with shoes on). At this point my husband and I were not feeling good about this place but continued to move forward with our purchase because we had already paid our deposit and we really had our hearts set on the sofas we selected. Antwan walked us back to the warehouse area where our sofas were. Our hearts sank. One of them was standing on its arm, perpendicular to the floor, in direct contact with a dirty floor. The seat cushion was also on the floor slumped against the sofa. The back cushions were piled up on a messy worktable. Nervously, we paid our balance and began loading the truck. While we were inside the truck arranging our sofas, Antwan threw 3 of our cushions onto the truck and ran back into the store. I picked up one of the cushions and saw that it was covered in a wet, green goo that looked like vomit. Furious, we chased after him to ask what happened. He became very defensive. We knew our truck was spotless, having carefully inspected it prior and bringing our own freshly-laundered moving blankets. We tried to convince Antwan to inspect our truck for this green goo, but he refused. He then became belligerent, saying things like "I didnt do it, YOU did it!" and "I am NOT going to have this come out of MY paycheck!" and "Read the sign, NO REFUNDS!" He began posturing as if he was going to physically hit my husband. I moved between them and pleaded with Antwan to calm down. He was so angry that he was spitting on my face as he spoke. For two hours we pleaded with Antwan, who refused to take responsibility for the soiled cushion. We were denied a refund and he would not let us speak with the owner. Then, upon returning to the warehouse room, my husband and I noticed a large tub of drywall compound that was sitting on top of the messy work table where our cushions had been. The lid of the tub was covered in a green, oily goo. We immediately put two and two together, realizing that this was the stuff that was on our cushion. We pointed it out to Antwan but he denied that the cushions were ever on the table, even though my husband and I clearly saw them there when we first arrived. Eventually, after much arguing, he admitted he was in the wrong and promised us a replacement cushion. Had he just offered that solution earlier, my husband and I would have been spared a massive amount of distress and we wouldnt have wasted two hours of our lives arguing with him. The next day I spoke with the owner, Mr. Cofsky. He was apologetic and seemed angry that we were treated so poorly by Antwan. He said he would handle getting a replacement cushion for us. Two months and many phone calls and texts later, we still have not received our cushion. Running low on patience, I called the manufacturer directly on 2/14/17 to ask if a new cushion could be purchased. Yes, they said, for a total of around $150. I relayed this information to Mr. Cofsky and asked him to purchase the cushion on our behalf. He flat out refused. To date I have not heard from Mr. Cofsky again. He will not return any of my phone calls or texts. Apparently he expects us to pay to replace a cushion that his employee destroyed, or live with a partial sofa. After decorating and furnishing an entire room around the color and size of this sofa (believing that Mr. Cofsky was going to be true to his word), returning it is not an option. We will have no further dealings with Mr. Cofsky, his employee Antwan, or his store. Attached is a photo showing our soiled sofa cushion. I tried to attach a photo of the soiled tub lid but could only post one photo.

I am 66 and disabled, retiring way before my time. I could barely climb the steps into this "showroom". Owner "Antoine" is frightening to seniors. I made the mistake of buying a new love seat. He screamed @ me upon delivery, throwing his hothead hands up that he didnt have time to wait for me to vacuum, under the sofa he took out....yelling @ me for coming outside to show him the legal furniture trash bin. I wanted to make sure I wasnt fined.. He yelled & screamed, demanding why I didnt spend that time vacuuming, instead of making sure he didnt hurt my hallway. I was shaking like an abused adult. If youre reading this Antoine, dont scream, holler or BULLY elders!! My neighbor called him telling him he shouldnt talk to seniors like this after his girlfriend went ballistic over my story, saying that she would have told him to take his love seat back and cancel the payment with the bank card. Stay away from this store. Owner has anger issues!! Its a shame, his co- worker is gentle, kind and even came back to help me vacuum, while wild man Antoine yelled from his truck!

I love this store I live in Philadelphia and just happen to be driving in jersey to visit my mom and found this store by accident it was the best mistake I ever made the people were very nice and helpful. I purchased a beautiful bedroom set from here that was amazingly priced look it up on line and it was actually a 8,00,00 set of which I didnt even pay half that! This was definitely a good find and whenever Im in the market for furniture of any sort this will surely be my first go to place!

The owner is extremely helpful and nice, Im not sure who the other reviewers dealt with or what store they went to, but the owner is not named Antione, nor is it closed. I was just in the store yesterday. The building is for sale but the business is open. Plus there is a ramp in the store that gives people access to the showroom floor, so even elderly and handicapped persons can easily go into the store.

They sold my furniture without letting me know because they say I signed the paper (fine print) if I dont call them back in 30days after I gave them furniture to sell, that they have the right to donate or etc. So basically they ripped me off ! So be careful people at this place.

The manager at this facility has no business being an entrepreneur. Very nasty, unprofessional and condescending. Ive done business in the past with selling furniture but he has lost his professionalism in dealing with the public and his business and pockets will suffer in the end.
