My husband and I have lived in several larger cities and have never had a boarding facility like Eastern Pet. The kennel is emaculate - spotlessly clean, smells good, etc… and the staff are so friendly and loving to the animals. The first time we dropped off our dogs, they took us back into the boarding area, which many kennels will not do, and shows that they have nothing to hide. The rooms are available in different sizes depending on your pets. We have 2 dogs, one of which suffers from major separation anxiety (resulting in stress-induced colitis) and this is the only place weve been able to board him where he is happy and healthy (and CLEAN!) when we pick him up… even after leaving him for an entire week last summer. The owner is so nice as well, and the retail part of the shop offers the highest quality food, treats, etc… that are harder to find in a small town. All in all, you will pay a little more here, but it is 100% worth it to know that your babies are in such good hands.
