We recently bought two dogs from this company. Our first dog we got from the Lynnhaven location, the team member was nice but as soon as you walk in it is such pressure to play with a dog(but I get it its sales) but anyway luckily me and my hubby were looking for a dog. But anyways so we ended falling in love with the puggle we played with, so she got us the paperwork and we got her. But it just didnt make us feel special or comfortable really it was just all about the sale. They didnt even make any conversation except about the money and more money. Not to mention she didnt go over her paperwork with us to tell us the shots shes had or the issues she had previous. I was very unsettled leaving but thank goodness we got an amazing dog out of it. So we went to the Pembroke Mall location for dog food and left with another puppy because of Emily!!! She was the team member that helped us and she was fabulous and truly treated us as people and made us feel more than just money to her. She was so friendly and worked with us and helped us with any questions that we had so we didnt run into the same problems with our new pup like our other one. She let us take our time and play with her as much as we wanted and was super supportive when we needed an hour to think about it. Her personality is such an asset to this company that I hope she continues to work there because we will be back to that location!!!! She is definitely the reason why we left with a puppy and we are so thankful for her help. The manager here was also wonderful and we are so grateful that we went to that store because now we have a complete opposite feeling than we had at lynnhaven. Now we have two perfect wonderful girl puggles!!!!

Rating one star was the only way to be able to post this. Beware of pet stores like this one. My ten month old bengal is dying with FIP and there is nothing i can do. After many different trips to the vet in the last two months (3 different ones actually) medications, painful procedures, and costly bills, I finally got the news that my boy will have to be put down. The one vet that actually seemed compassionate told me to research the breeder information. These poor puppies and kittens are products of nasty mills. If you pull up the location of the breeders on google maps, it looks like a location out of a horror movie. Why these stores take animals from places like that is beyond me...It should stop. People need to be mindful that each animal they take from these places has a 50/50 chance of being very sick or even terminal like my baby. I feel so ignorant, but all the pets i ever had were strays. Something must be done about this-it cannot continue. In the meantime, im syringe feeding my kitten and taking him to the vet twice a week for IV fluids. Its absolutely heartbreaking.

Long story short today i came across this beautiful 7 month old Dane, fell in love with her in the first 10 min of seeing her. Pleaded David to let me get her and he caved so i though i was the LUCKIEST girl in the world!!! I call Pet-Go-Round (Pembroke location) to pay for the dog and a crate kit in FULL, David was to go up to this Pet-Go-Round after a few hours sign the receipts and pick her up ... Naive me gets a call from David and he says he has a problem ... some one else bought the dog! HEART BROKEN as i was there was nothing i could do!! Apparently this couple came in last night and put down a deposit. Some how paper work was miss filed or filled out incorrectly and the 7 month old Dane Molly was mine and the pulled right out from under me with in a few hours... With all sincerity this is the biggest load of BULLSHIT i have dealt with in a long time, so please for your own safety do no purchase or entertain the idea of purchasing a dog from PET-GO-ROUND

Im reporting this place...it was hot in the store. Saw puppies scratching the walls by their little drip bottles because they didnt have water. Desperately trying to suck a little drop. Also, sitting in their own diarrhea!!!!!!!!! I told 2 women at the front, they could care less. I was disrupting their conversation apparently. They begun feeding them and the poor puppies were eating like they were starving. These animals were lethargic, dehydrated, and some looked sick. They would have been better off in a shelter. I wanted to just take every dog out of that place and run far! I hope this awful place shuts down...and to the two workers who didnt care when I told them the puppies were suffering, I hope you are incredibly proud of yourselves. Awful place!!! Do not buy from puppy stores people...please adopt sweet shelter animals needing good homes!!!

I went into this mall a few weeks ago planning on getting lunch after work but, I couldnt resist going in to "glance" at the puppies. One of the girls there was very sweet and asked if I would like to play with any of them. I hesitated but I wasnt in a rush so I said yes. An hour later I had played with four different puppies and the girl was just as eager as ever to get me to buy one. But never once comained about getting me different puppies to play with. I ended up falling in love with a male German shepherd puppy and my boyfriend agreed. They were so patient and helpful and I was able to bring home my puppy that night! They even bathed him and trimmed his nails before I took him home! A few weeks later, my puppy just turned three months old and he is the most perfect puppy in the world! Im so happy I walked into pet go round that random day!

Tonight I fell in love with a female brindle boxer that they have here, but wanted to check breeder info for her first. They told me she came from Sanjon kennels, but was bred by some "hobby" breeder first, and after reading through many many bad reviews I saw one from April 15th that said her 4 month old puppy just died of Parvo. I checked the USDA inspections and there was only one incident reported (one year ago) about a female bichon who had a lump on her paw. They told me oh no we dont support puppy mills, but yet I still have found no info on this "hobby" breeder so Im really thinking he was a lie and she was just bred at Sanjon. She was a great little puppy and Im so torn now because I really wanted her.

I have had two wonderful experiences with the Pembroke location. My first dog was a Cocker Spaniel who lived to 14 years of age. She was healthy and clean when we brought her home. PLUS potty trained in 2 weeks! The staff have always been patient and kind while we were choosing our Fur baby. The second dog we took home is a Bernese Mountain dog. Ryan the sales associate who helped us was sweet, patient and efficient. Sophie is healthy and has been a wonderful addition to our family. We have not had crate training issues and she is very sociable with other animals.Yes the puppies are expensive but well worth every penny. Im sad to see negative reviews and feel fortunate our experiences have been positive.
