Almost every time I have gone in here the customer service has been very poor. This morning I stopped by 10 to 9 and seen that the doors were open and seen other customers walking in and shopping. So I went ahead and walked in and one of the employees stopped me, and with an attitude said , " uh we dont open till 9!" So I replied, " sorry I see other customers here and I just needed some food for my dog." The employee then again with an attitude, " well we dont open till 9 and they are dropping off their dogs, and stands in my way of moving in any further." So funny how I didnt see anyone with their dogs, they were just looking around. If your store is not open.....dont have the doors open!! So I will stick to going to the one off va beach blvd by rosemont where the employees always have a great attitude and are extremely helpful. I understand if you open at a certain time, but there is also a way to handle the situation correctly. If you dont like your job that deals with people go work in a cubical!

We take our two labs here for the occasional nail-trimming, and we use the Banfield pet services for day-to-day healthcare. One of the trainers, Lisa Wu, asked us about training our new lab, Tallulah Bear, and we started classes with her. Eventually we also did a class with our older lab, and Lisa helped us socialize her, so now she is really good around other dogs as well. Lisa is a great teacher and clearly has a connection with the animals and she can literally get our sometimes-stubborn dog to do ANY trick now. We would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone looking for some training classes for any kind of dog.

The people that work at this Petsmart sincerely care about their clients/customers! I am a regular shopper, and I get my dog groomed there once a month on the dot! The associates are always ready to help if you have a problem, They have a lot of information on how to pamper your pets the right way, and they are so sweet about everything. The grooming Salon ladies are all so nice, and I feel at home every time I enter grooming salon. I know my dog is being taking care of! I will always be loyal to Petsmart because they have never gave me a reason not to be!

I went here to get my first to rats they where sick and scared. They picked them up by the tail and did not know what gender and they were they turned out to be girls. They were feeding them bad food and using bedding that can kill them. They are still sick and Ive had them for 1 week and a half. The people at pet co werent nice when we got them. The rats need lots of training. But the rats dont bite and are very loving. I would get the pets away for here and give them a good home. Make the pets fell loved and adopt them

When purchasing my plan I told tech did want the teeth cleaning. She talked me into it by telling me her teeth really needed to be cleaned. After I purchased a teeth cleaning the vet said "her teeth arent that bad but I see you got the cleaning anyways". Then make schedule the teeth cleaning months in advance. I do know my work meetings & travel schedule that far in advance so it didnt work. Big waist of money. These guys are over invasive and dishonest.

My dog loves going here. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about you and your pet. I took my dog here for their training classes and we both had a great time. The classes are structured to teach your dog (and you) positive reinforcement and socialization. Lisa Wu is a great instructor and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in their classes.

We absolutely loved our trainer Lisa Wu. From the moment I took my vomit and feces covered 10 week old puppy into the store, she was nothing but helpful. She taught us so many important skills in both the Puppy and Click & Trick class. Our once shy little puppy is now a very well mannered, outgoing dog. I would highly recommend taking any of her classes!

I was really impressed with how knowledgable the staff was in the fish section. I learned so much, in such a short amount of time about live plants I could add to my tanks. The assistant manager was so professional and courteous when there was an issue with my order I did online, and picked up in store. She quickly made an offer to correct the error.

If you cant find what you need for your animals ....well then...... PetSmart has it... can get it.... Or will suggest someone else who might. Theyre a little pricey but they try to combat this with sales, coupons, and a membership card...... Which is extremely helpful (cash wise) ...if you have more than a goldfish at home!

i want here to set up a 20 gal freshwater fish tank and the people act like they know what they talking about BUT THEY DONT. they gave me to weak of a filter to strong of a heater. i spent over $300 and to fix every thing i spent $100 when i could of spent about $200 for everything i needed and it would of be perfect.

I think its great seeing the comments about Lisa Wu. My shepard and I love her as well. She helped a great deal with socializing our dog. She went from super shy, she would hide from even the smallest dogs, to loving to play with other dogs. A great way to help train your new puppy!

I go to petsmart every week. I have 2 cats and 1 kitten, so you can see why Im there. Its the best place for cat food, theyre prices are good. The people are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. If I have questions, they are there to help . All in all "good people".

Walked around the store for almost an hour trying to find one product no one asked if I needed help even after passing mulitiple staff members on several occasions. I finally found someone to help after getting fed up and she was helpful.

Great place to get good quality food, dog grooming, & advice from the staff. We go there on average about 2 times a month. Also, the Pet Smart brand food is high quality & we use the hard cat & dog food.

Store was great but putting a hospital inside of a place that is pet-friendly is stupid as hell. Literally had to weave aisles to keep my dog away from kennel cough.

Very clean and employees are friendly. Be careful bringing your dog in though, they have trouble walking on the metal floors.
