I have purchased most of my animals from Your Pet Experts from fish to dogs. My first purchase was a male Betta, I did my research before purchasing it, so to see if Im getting my new friend from a store that know what they are doing, I started asking the sales associate some questions I knew the answers to already. Not only did they answer every question right, but they actually took the time to help me set-up the proper home for him. Young Pablo is still swimming around for roughly three years now. My next purchase was a Chameleon. This was a very exciting purchase since it was a long time dream of mine to own a Vailed Chameleon. As soon as I saw her I went to a sales associate and asked the living conditions I should offer the Chameleon at home, not only did they provided me with that information, but they also gave me a business card with the name of their Reptile specialist in case I needed any help. Two months have passed and I had a question regarding my Chameleon, I called and right away it was answered with no hesitations. These guys know what they are talking about, Valerie is changing to beautiful colors and living a healthy life thanks to them. Finally, my last purchase, the biggest, yet scariest purchase I have done...... a puppy. it was December when I laid eyes on a happy puppy who I got to hold and play with at their puppy play areas. The Scottish Terrier got my attention as soon as I saw him. I call a sales associate and start asking questions once again not only did they answered them but they showed me the pups whole pedigree and mentioned how they have a six month health guarantee. The pup had all of his shot up to date, he was registered with the American Kennel Club and he was even micro-chipped! So, as you probably know by now, I purchased the puppy, take him to the vet within 3 days of the purchase since I was required to take him to the vet within 10 days of signing the Health Contract. My vet takes a look at him and everything was great, he goes to the vet regularly and everyone loves him. I thank Your Pet Experts for helping me with everything. If I can give this place a 10/10 they would receive it with no questions asked!

Everyone needs to realize that the dogs sold at stores such as this are coming from puppy Mills where dogs are in-bred, over bred, abused and kept in dismal conditions. I never knew how bad puppy Mills were until I rescued a mill dog. He was scared of everyone and everything and has multiple health issues due to the in-breeding that occurs. Puppy Mills thrive off of the exorbitant prices stores like Your Pet Experts charge. Even if you think you are "saving" an animal by adopting it from the store, you are putting money right into the hands of the mill owners so they can continue to breed and sell more dogs. Purchase from a reputable, private breeder if you are willing to spend bug money on a dog. Or better yet, adopt a homeless dog from a rescue. The only way to stop puppy Mills is by refusing to purchase dogs from pet stores like this!!

Overpriced items. I was in a couple months ago to see they were selling a conure. They were selling it as a "deal" that came with the cage. The cage that bird was in was too small. A conure needs lots of toys and a large area. Even the conure in pet smart has an area 5 times bigger than the cage this bird was kept in. Now someone probably bought it thinking this cage was the perfect size for it to have a happy life. Also, dont buy the dogs here. They are way overpriced and most likely come from puppy mills like 99% of other pet stores. Shelters in our area sometimes have puppies for much cheaper and also spay/ neuter with the adoption fee. Overpriced items as well.

I bought a puppy in Feburary 2017 that turned out to have parasites and has had to undergo 3 treatments for it and we are waiting on the latest testing to see if it is gone. My vet also said that the puppy didnt look like what the pet shop had listed it as, "mini aussie poo". I did a wisdom dna test on my puppy and it came back 50% poodle 12.5 % Austrian Shepherd and 37.5% mixed breed. When I had asked the owner for the puppies lineage I was told they didnt have it as the breeder charges for it. If you are selling a animal for the prices that you are charging you had best have proof of what you are selling!

Bought an overpriced puppy here, had what looked like legit paperwork from a breeder came to find out it was from a puppy mill whom had 6 violations from January 2016 to March 2016... he had a parasite and with my 6 month warranty which covered parasitic illnesses from what they told me, although when I called about it I never got that covered. The owner called me and told me they will not cover it and to call the "breeder". This place is crap!

I love this place you can take the pets out of their cages and there is always a doggie in the window every week but one time the fat cat who always sits there bit me it hurted but oh well I also like the fact that there is a certain area in the place where you can see the dogs and play with them the best part is its right in the mall I guess the stuff can be a little bit pricey but what do you expect its a pet store in the mall .

I hated this place before; this fish were always dead, the dogs were cooped up, the small pets and reptiles were in poor health. recently the store has been redone... a large area to exercise multiple dogs at once. the fish water is clear and the fish are healthy. the small pets are in more suitable cages and appear selfish. now, if only they could get some knowledgeable employees...

This place is selling animals that they have no knowledge on whatsoever! I recently saw they are selling pigs. These pigs will end up killed or hopefully in sanctuaries because the owners will end up realizing they have no idea how to actually care for a pig. Pigs are very difficult pets and only 5% of people who buy a pig end up keeping it. These poor animals deserve better.

Animals have no food or water in cages, walking above their own feces. They have rarely any human contact except for a select few and theyre all sick! Selling abusive spoke collars which are used for dog fighting, and abusing them in the back room. Walking on those metal racks are damaging the pads on their paws. THESE ARE NOT PET EXPERTS

The pets have no food or water. They sit on top of another cage with no bottom. I got a dog from there and she died 6 months later. They didnt do anything about it. Do not get your pet there. For the sake of the animals and your wallet.

I went the otherday to look at the birds and saw that the cockatiels and conures live in terrible conditions. These birds have close to no toys and it looks like one of the cockatiels is starting to pluck itself.
